“So this 5 star review was almost a one star. I came here at 3:45pm. The door was locked and the lights were off. As I looked for other sandwich shops on my way home, someone came in and opened up. Which I was so glad, I've been craving this all day, and haven't eaten. Dude was super apologetic and explained it was slow, they were short staffed and needed to make a delivery down the street. Totally understand, my suggestion, leave the lights on and tape a note on the door. Overall, very pleased with the customer service and the sub was awesome!BTW, the 16inch gargantuan is great for 2 meals or if you're just really really hungry...“

“I finally found my sandwich at Firehouse Subs. I've tried several of their sandwiches but nothing was really good to me. Today I decided to try their Club on a Sub. I added extra lettuce, tomato and onions, banana peppers and honey mustard instead of the other one. OMG this sandwich is so good ? I will be here more often ?❤️“

“I’ve been like 5 days in a row.?. All the staff is nice. They greet you when you walk in the store. The sandwiches are delicious. 4 starts because 2 out of the 5 days I went, the bread was a little hard but it wasn’t a big deal. I had the tuna sandwich.“

I tried the subways on cobb pkwy and one of the the sandwich maker there had a hair bow around her wrist that repeatedly tapped the sandwiches as she made them, I digress this one on concord rd is the best they are clean and make the sandwiches how they are supposed to be made not sloppy and hair bow friction free.“
