Based on the reviews, Firehouse Subs in Hiram provides a great experience with fantastic customer service. The manager, Tiffany, is excellent and goes above and beyond, being super sweet and incredible. The staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. The food is fantastic, with excellent sandwich construction and top-notch service in a timely fashion. The Caisian chicken sub is delicious, with great bread, chicken, and veggies. Orders are always made fresh, and there is always seating available. The welcoming is good. Firehouse Subs in Hiram is the best, and customers will definitely return, as they already do.
