“Absolutely amazing experience at this Subway location off Jimmy Lee and Hiram! The customer service has been fantastic every time, and they are always fast and efficient. I especially loved the footlong BOGO deal — with how expensive everything is these days, it has been such a huge help for me and my family with three kids. It’s helped us save some extra money while still enjoying a great meal. Even though I did pickup, I had the chance to go in, chat with the staff, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Great food, great service, and great value. I definitely recommend this location!“

“Blimpie in same space w/ Coldstone Creamery. Clean, service is always good, bread, meats & toppings are fresh. Been visiting for years & no bad experiences. Was serviced by Von today, whom at that moment was working both the Blimpie & Coldstone Creamery counters w/ a positive attitude & a smile. Space can be a bit noisy at times & is often busy during the evening hours. Certainly recommend if your in the Hiram area.“

I’ve been going to this location for at least 6-7 years; the dining room is always clean and neat, and they make everyone feel welcome. “I had to update this review. I initially had an unusually poor experience here recently. I left a review and message for the management to be aware of the issue. Recently I was contacted by the owner, and all the issues and concerns have been addressed.

I'm a plumber so I am in restaurants frequently, and I've been in this particular one many times. I think it's worth saying that if anyway has had a bad experience here lately or seem bad review, give them another chance. With that one exception I've had nothing but great experiences here. And I hate that one bad employee likely did so much damage to a business that really goes out of their way to offer great service.“

I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit to *Firehouse Subs* 2860-2 East West Connector.

First, the service was outstanding.
Monet the cashier, was exceptionally polite and professional. You can tell she takes her role seriously and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Even when she wasn’t busy at the register, she came into the dining area to check on customers and make sure everything was okay. That level of care really stood out.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I ordered the small Italian sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and created a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Monet's service made it even better.“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

“I stop by this Subway when I want a quick, customizable sandwich. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, making it easy to build exactly what I want. The ingredients feel fresh, and I like that they offer a variety of bread and topping options.

The store is clean and well-kept, which makes eating in or grabbing food to go a good experience. The ordering process moves fairly quickly, even during busy lunch hours.

On the downside, sometimes the sandwich isn’t as warm as I’d like, and a few times my order was a little off, like missing an ingredient. The seating area is a bit small, so it can feel crowded during peak times.

Overall, it’s a decent spot for a fast, made-to-order sandwich if you’re in a hurry.“

“I read the other reviews before coming. Was hesitant. I knew that the only way you could test it was to go and try them out for myself. Had a great experience. Came on a Monday around 7:00pm. Two you get ladies there. Both super nice and efficient. Got the spinach wrap. Was made perfectly. Fresh produce. Area was clean and no shoppers or random people hanging around in the subway. Nothing bad to say about this place.“

“Jersey Mike's has gluten free sub rolls. I got a turkey and cheese on GF sub roll and it's delicious. Next time I'll add bacon. Yummy yummy yummy. All the employees were courteous friendly and efficient. Their brewed sweet tea is good tea too. Can't go wrong at Jersey Mike's. Check it out.

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Cadence and Ron, the store manager, because they truly make this Subway location such a great place to visit! Every time I come in, they are friendly, welcoming, and always have such a positive attitude. They make my sandwiches with care and always make sure everything is fresh, neat, and made exactly the way I want it. You can really tell that they take pride in what they do and care about making sure customers have a good experience.

Ron does an amazing job as the store manager, and it shows in how clean, organized, and well-maintained the store is. The atmosphere is always comfortable and has such good vibes. Cadence is also wonderful and always provides great customer service while making the sandwiches quickly and correctly. They work really well together, and their positive energy definitely makes a difference.

I’ve been to plenty of Subway locations, but the customer service and overall atmosphere at this one really stand out. It’s nice to walk into a clean store, be greeted by friendly employees, and leave with a sandwich that was made with care. Cadence and Ron deserve recognition for the great job they’re doing. If you’re looking for a Subway with good food, great service, a clean environment, and good vibes, I definitely recommend this location!“

Every other subway I order from, there are toppings leaking out the sides, sauce everywhere, etc. Not at this shop. Always symmetrical with veggies aligned and tidy sauce, plus a clean straight cut in half on the footlong. A real respectful sandwich.“
