Worst customer service ever at any establishment. You wait for ever and when you order the cashiers are rude and Is Is Condescending and have a tip jar setting by their register? Tip for what?, extra pay for a job you are getting full payment for to only stand there and push buttons on a register and acting as your God's gift to be there? Such a shame that a place that has good food be ruined by its staff!!!

A relaxing atmosphere with great food!
We ate outside this time. Enjoying the shade and breeze. Inside is nice but today was just right for eating outside.
We enjoy the options especially the half-half options. This is one of our favorites
I decided to have lunch at McAlister's today and I'm sooo glad I did! I got the Choose 2, Club sandwich and Savannah chopped salad. Everything was fresh crisp and good and not overpriced. Since Im changing to eat healthier I will keep this restaurant in my weekly rotation. Only complaint I have is I ordered online to pickup at the window, I sat there for 10 mins and no one came, I had to walk in to grab my food, service could have been better but overall good
