“Worst customer service ever at any establishment. You wait for ever and when you order the cashiers are rude and Is Is Condescending and have a tip jar setting by their register? Tip for what?, extra pay for a job you are getting full payment for to only stand there and push buttons on a register and acting as your God's gift to be there? Such a shame that a place that has good food be ruined by its staff!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“Love that the restaurant helps with team fundraisers. We went there to support the OP 10U Piranhas and realized their food is amazing! The wings are some of the best I had. Loved the buffalo sauce. “It's my favorite burger place. All the burgers are Angus beef, with a build-your-own option, or you can choose from the menu, with toppings like bleu cheese crumbles, caramelized onions, jalapenos, onion straws. The fries, both regular and sweet potato are very good.
A special shout out to the onion rings, which are like home made, not like the thick crusted chunky fat rings that most places serve. It's counter service, but the food is made quickly and delivered to your table. I don't care for the credit card system, which, if I recall, starts off by asking for a tip starting at 18 or 20 %. That's for cooking the food and carrying it to your table. But there is a jar, if you happen to carry a wallet with a few bucks in it.“

“The food is usually good here, and the service is always excellent - friendly and caring employees. Some have been there for years. The tight parking lot buzzing with unsafe drivers and the crowded drive-thru were surprisingly not improved after a recent remodel, which are the only drawbacks to this location.“

“The only reason I am not going with 5 across the board is the gentleman who took our order just couldn't get it right. However, the staff was amazing and constantly asking if we needed anything and even more unique was when they came out and offered us fresh ground pepper for our salads. That was pretty cool.“

“I have a wonderful experience EVERYTIME I come to this Zaxby’s at Hillside Overlook thanks to Ms. Kori. She has one of the greatest attitudes — always positive, uplifting, and genuinely kind. “I had ordered about 8 minutes before they closed🤦🏽♀. There was no complaints from the workers and they still served with a smile. There were people coming in after me as well, and they did not turn anyone away. Such exceptional service 😁“
“Service definitely wasn't the best I've ever had at a Chik-fil-a, but not the worse. Team looked more enthralled in conversation than assisting. At least that's what was perceived. Did forget my side salad and bun change also, but no biggie.“

“We went to the Repeat Day (10/22) & had to wait 25 minutes to reach the counter to order...... BUT! The process was very well organized & when we got our food, it was all prepared correctly AND steaming hot! We didn’t mind the wait at all. Kudos to the staff for doing such a great job!“

“I’ve been using the drive-thru here since this location opened two years ago, but today I finally sat down inside and it did not disappoint.
Service: Exceptional. Beat the peak lunch rush and never felt rushed. The manager personally checked on our table, and the staff was genuinely friendly.
Food: Everything was fresh and quick. I tried the new grilled chicken and waffle sandwich 10/10, absolute perfection.
Overall: 10/10. Chick-fil-A sets a high bar, but the Jimmy Lee Smith team goes above and beyond.“
