“The new Rollz (sausage) are excellent, and the vibe remains awesome: Dud, get baked!
I also had the artichoke heart appetizer which was the best in memory. Balanced flavors and texture, just enough temperature, and dips nicely with baguette slices.
My server, Aliya, was knowledgeable and attentive, and let me enjoy the whole package. Food prep was quick, and I enjoyed the inside window view.“

“I love this location of the Chick-fil-A. Even though it’s at a Busy intersection, they’re always quick to take your order. I’ve been many times, and they have yet to get anything on my order wrong. They’re always quick, and courteous! Today, I had the most wonderful customer service experience with Natalia in the drive-through line. She was sweet, kind, and welcoming with a great smile. Always makes that experience at Chick-fil-A even better!“

“Chelsea and Brittany were amazing. Although it was early in the evening and they had no hot coffee. They went out of their way to get me a cup of coffee while I studied waiting for my son to be picked up. Thank you Chick-Fil-A for setting the standard.“

“Worst customer service ever at any establishment. You wait for ever and when you order the cashiers are rude and Is Is Condescending and have a tip jar setting by their register? Tip for what?, extra pay for a job you are getting full payment for to only stand there and push buttons on a register and acting as your God's gift to be there? Such a shame that a place that has good food be ruined by its staff!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“We went to the Repeat Day (10/22) & had to wait 25 minutes to reach the counter to order...... BUT! The process was very well organized & when we got our food, it was all prepared correctly AND steaming hot! We didn’t mind the wait at all. Kudos to the staff for doing such a great job!“

“My friend and I stopped by Downtown Eats for a quick catch up, and overall it was a bit of a mixed experience. The atmosphere is great really fun vibe and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, though service was a little slow at times.
One thing that threw me off right away was getting into the restaurant. I parked in the back, and the side door is labeled for takeout orders only, with no clear signage directing you to the main entrance. Since it was my first time there, it was pretty confusing. I actually went in the wrong door, and an employee had to find me and redirect me. They were very nice about it and told me to come on in, but it wasn’t until after that I realized there was a front entrance. Some clearer signage would definitely help first time visitors.
I ordered the smashed blueberry drink, which was honestly a highlight really refreshing and well done. For food, I got the smashburger, but it was pretty underwhelming. It just didn’t have much flavor, and the sweet potato waffle fries were a bit overcooked. My friend ordered the cobb salad, which looked amazing, and she couldn’t stop raving about it.
One thing that really stood out to me was the menu. As someone who’s dyslexic, I found it difficult to read in the restaurant. The print wasn’t very bold, and the layout made it hard to follow. I actually ended up pulling up the online menu, which was much easier to navigate better layout, clearer descriptions, and pictures that helped a lot. My friend even had to take a picture of the physical menu and zoom in, which says a lot.
I really like the aesthetic of the place, and again, the staff was great. That said, a more accessible menu would make a big difference. And while I’m totally fine with casual attire, I do think polos instead of t-shirts would elevate the overall vibe just a bit.
I’d come back for the drinks and atmosphere, but I’m hoping to see some improvements, especially with the food, menu design, and overall flow for first time guests.“
