“I normally don’t go to Zaxby’s anymore because it seems the quality of the tenders were lacking everytime. I went today 1/14 around 1 and ordered about 11 tenders and some fries. The tenders were so good and you get a good deal if you don’t order meals and get your drinks at home. could tell the grease was clean when they fried them and the tenders were thick and juicy and not overcooked. Crinkle fries were good and seasoned. The spicy zax sauce and Zax sauce with tenders just hit different. Will be back I hope the quality in the tenders here stays like this.“
“Our server was so sweet! The food was delicious, the loaded mushroom burger was a piece of art sitting on the plate. The salad bar was clean and had a lot more fixings than other Ruby Tuesday's had. I am not sure why their rating is low. Me and my sons really enjoyed the dinner.“
“Maya the manager and her crew are a class act. We stopped after soccer practice to grab some dinner. One of the meals was missing from the receipt. There was a little bit of a technical challenge via the speaker while we were ordering. They asked us to pull up and wait (that’s when I saw the receipt) but I ended up going in. They made it right and, more importantly than the food, Maya and her team were really professional and so sweet. It’s easy to do a job when everything goes right but it’s a test when it doesn’t and these guys passed with flying colors. What a breath of fresh air for this Gen X’r, lol!! “Leslie and I went for the first time last week. Jackie was our server, and she was AWESOME!! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and patient with us as we pondered over their huge menu. Leslie had biscuits and gravy that she enjoyed. I had the Bourbon Pecan Glazed Chicken and Waffles. It was AMAZING!! We'll be going back soon... and asking for Jackie. They have lots of great looking dishes to choose from, but I already know ow I'll be doing a repeat. It was really THAT GOOD!!“
“Fantastic restaurant! We had heard of it but thought it was a different kind of restaurant than what we liked. Boy, were we wrong! This has quickly become our favorite restaurant in Hiram. The servers are so very nice and my partner was happy to have a server who was also from Kansas! I love ordering the traditional double dipped wings. So fantastically crispy on the outside and tender inside, I've been experimenting with different sides and I've gotta say, the house made chips were yummy! Just wish it came with guacamole. My partner like to order a burger each time and he said it's great every time. The atmosphere is pleasant and has a nice comfortable vibe. The employees seem to be happy and we hope we add to that happiness when we eat there. To the owner, keep up the good work, take care of your employees first and the loyal customers will follow.
