The food was a surprising offering of Mexican (we ate the wonderfully thick-for-dipping chips and guacamole), Asian (we enjoyed the perfectly prepared fried calamari with a sweet and spicy Asian dipping sauce and delicious shrimp and rice), and Italian (several pasta selections). “Wonderful place. I was there for many hours because I was enjoying not only a meal, but karaoke also.The owner came over several times to check in myself and my friend personally, and was very nice. The server checked on us often and took good care of us. We ordered an appetizer with cheese, fries and chicken, which was absolutely delicious! Also had the ice cream dessert, chips and salsa- all really good. The karaoke was so much fun. Enjoyed their KJ who ran it. He kept things going very well. The crowd was so friendly. Many people stopped by my table to introduce themselves, leading to a very inviting atmosphere. I will go again and would highly recommend Los Portalas in Dallas, GA!”

“Over the last 6 years I have been to this location many times. Before I retired in 2022 I drove thru many mornings for breakfast. There are a couple of very nice ladies still there working the windows. Recently I've started using the app, park in the pickup spot and wait for them to bring the order out. It is very convenient. I would say they've gotten my orders right 95% of the time. On the rare occasion there has been an issue they are quick to make it right. Recently I called about an order and spoke with a very nice manager named Angel. I really appreciate the compassionate customer service she gave me. It's a busy, busy place at times and you may have to wait every now and then but if you're in the area and are a fan of McDonald's definitely try this one.”

“I love Rodney’s, the grilled catfish is so yummy. I was so sad when I hurd that they had closed the doors, I was shocked because the people of New Hope loved Rodney’s. My family had been there too many times too count, order their banana pudding for birthday’s and holidays. I had ordered food for the East Paulding football coaches and food for the team. I have never had nothing bad too eat at Rodney’s, so if you haven’t ever been go. The breakfast is awesome, and then lunch after church or Friday nights. Even when this location is slammed and crazy, the team here is always moving with passion to serve each customer who walks through the door. I am a very generous tipper when I receive good service, but I am not afraid to reduce it when bad service is given. Servers need to get a grip on acceptable tipping rates! And yes, I've worked for tips also.”

Waiting to wash my hands, there was no soap or hand sanitizer in the dispenser. My friend, who is a nurse opened the dispenser, there was no container in it for soap. This employee, she is also the one to take our order. In the lobby at their 2 order kiosks, they were empty too. The young red headed manager was stressed out. I would hate to see how he would handle a crowd of customers. Ever since the pandemic started, I have avoided any and all fast food restaurants. Saturday confirmed my reason to continue avoiding all fast food restaurants.”

“I have love KFC for at least 60 years. My Dad would on occasion get a bucket of chicken on our way home from church. We knew better than ask him to stop there. He worked had to feed up to eight of us. When he pulled into the parking lot and got out it was all Momma could to do calm us down. Momma was a great cook but a bucket of KFC was special!

That was when I was a child. I still love KFC chicken but the service leaves a lot to be desired now.

I quit going inside many years ago. Today I order from drive through and take it home. I have learned to check my order before leaving. Too many times I did not get all that I ordered or a different order totally.

Three months ago I ordered a three piece meal. I wanted three thighs, green beans and corn. They were out of green beans. I got a double order of corn instead. I was not in the mood for mashed potatoes and I eat coleslaw with hotdogs, not chicken.

I went back a month later and placed the same order. I failed to check it because I was in a hurry. When I opened my order it was NOT what I ordered. It was a breast and wing with fries.

You would think I would learn not to go there but it is the only KFC in our area.

Earlier this week I placed the same order for thighs, green beans and corn. I could not believe it when I was told again that they were out of the green beans! I really like corn but come on!!!

I know prices and in many places the serving size of food has changed in the time since Covid showed up here but... what is with all these tiny thighs??? Can't they get portions from adult chickens? I thought it was just a one time order they had gotten. It seems I was wrong because others I have spoken with have mentioned the small thighs and breast.”

“I had an unfortunate experience where an Uber driver stole half of my Wingstop order that I paid $50 for. Uber eats did nothing so I called the store and they were super fast to try and make things right. The manager was fantastic and they remade the food. I ordered 10 Bone in lemon pepper wings and they ended up giving me 25. This is by far the best customer service experience i’ve ever had a Wingstop.”
