The food was a surprising offering of Mexican (we ate the wonderfully thick-for-dipping chips and guacamole), Asian (we enjoyed the perfectly prepared fried calamari with a sweet and spicy Asian dipping sauce and delicious shrimp and rice), and Italian (several pasta selections). “Over the last 6 years I have been to this location many times. Before I retired in 2022 I drove thru many mornings for breakfast. There are a couple of very nice ladies still there working the windows. Recently I've started using the app, park in the pickup spot and wait for them to bring the order out. It is very convenient. I would say they've gotten my orders right 95% of the time. On the rare occasion there has been an issue they are quick to make it right. Recently I called about an order and spoke with a very nice manager named Angel. I really appreciate the compassionate customer service she gave me. It's a busy, busy place at times and you may have to wait every now and then but if you're in the area and are a fan of McDonald's definitely try this one.”

“So, the waiter on this visit was only so-so, not the restaurant's fault. But the only tip option buttons on the payment PDA start at 20% and go up from there. Whatever happened to lower options when the service is lackluster? I had to enter to drop below 20% manually. I am a very generous tipper when I receive good service, but I am not afraid to reduce it when bad service is given. Servers need to get a grip on acceptable tipping rates! And yes, I've worked for tips also.”

“I love Rodney’s, the grilled catfish is so yummy. I was so sad when I hurd that they had closed the doors, I was shocked because the people of New Hope loved Rodney’s. My family had been there too many times too count, order their banana pudding for birthday’s and holidays. I had ordered food for the East Paulding football coaches and food for the team. I have never had nothing bad too eat at Rodney’s, so if you haven’t ever been go. The breakfast is awesome, and then lunch after church or Friday nights. Thank you for opening back up Rodney’s from this customer that totally enjoys coming and eating there. Pat Bryan”

A store employee was in the ladies handicap stall talking on her phone. She came out and pretended to wash her hands. I was standing off to the side behind her. Waiting to wash my hands, there was no soap or hand sanitizer in the dispenser. My friend, who is a nurse opened the dispenser, there was no container in it for soap. This employee, she is also the one to take our order. In the lobby at their 2 order kiosks, they were empty too. The young red headed manager was stressed out. I would hate to see how he would handle a crowd of customers. Ever since the pandemic started, I have avoided any and all fast food restaurants. Saturday confirmed my reason to continue avoiding all fast food restaurants.”

I have looked a health department score which is a 100, that means alot. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. “I had an unfortunate experience where an Uber driver stole half of my Wingstop order that I paid $50 for. Uber eats did nothing so I called the store and they were super fast to try and make things right. The manager was fantastic and they remade the food. I ordered 10 Bone in lemon pepper wings and they ended up giving me 25. This is by far the best customer service experience i’ve ever had a Wingstop.”
