We’ve been customers of this Johnnys since it opened. Used to come once or twice a week. Came out tonight later than usual about 7:30ish. The place wasn’t any busier than normal. Had to wait about 7 minutes to be seated. No big deal. We were seated and given menus. Then waited over 20 minutes without ever getting acknowledged that we were there, even though people who were seated after us were waited on (one of which was right beside us). So we finally left.
