I stopped by this location around 6:15 a.m. before starting my day. I didn’t catch the young woman’s name—I wish I had checked her name badge—but she was incredibly friendly and courteous. Even though she was still in the middle of setting up for the day, she paused what she was doing to provide excellent customer service. I’m not sure why this location has such low ratings, but it certainly isn’t because of her—she was a 10 out of 10.
