Last time I went to the drive thru I wanted to order cheese bites adding some marinara sauce on the side as I have done at many different stores, as well as this store before. Service here is typically subpar. Only writing this review today because Ansley went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy paying customers, which is rare at this location. Thank you Ansley! Definitely a breath of fresh air.

I normally don’t go to Zaxby’s anymore because it seems the quality of the tenders were lacking everytime. I went today 1/14 around 1 and ordered about 11 tenders and some fries. The tenders were so good and you get a good deal if you don’t order meals and get your drinks at home. could tell the grease was clean when they fried them and the tenders were thick and juicy and not overcooked.
