Don't get a funnel cake until after lunchtime otherwise it will be an old one from the day before. Honestly just don't ever get takeout here anywhere close to opening time if you want any level of quality for your money spent. This is definitely not the first time this has happened

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but with my most recent experience I feel obligated to. My food was accurate & great. I took stars off because of the service I received at the window. I come here pretty often & the employees are usually pleasant but not this time unfortunately! This was my first time encountering this person & RUDE is an understatement!! I'm not saying this person should be fired but they definitely don't have the attitude or personality to be dealing with people. Experiences like this makes me not want to come back to this establishment for fear of dealing with the same employee, because now I'm going to have an attitude & nobody needs that. I'm thankful that there is another Zaxby's not too far from this one! This won't be the first time I drive to another city just to avoid my local restaurant because of poor customer service.

We ate there last night trying the new egg roll. We loved the egg rolls, the problem we had was my wife ate the fried chicken salad and it reacted differently for her.

I normally don’t go to Zaxby’s anymore because it seems the quality of the tenders were lacking everytime. I went today 1/14 around 1 and ordered about 11 tenders and some fries. The tenders were so good and you get a good deal if you don’t order meals and get your drinks at home. could tell the grease was clean when they fried them and the tenders were thick and juicy and not overcooked. Crinkle fries were good and seasoned. The spicy zax sauce and Zax sauce with tenders just hit different. Will be back I hope the quality in the tenders here stays like this.

I ordered online for pick-up, today. They were busier than my last visit. They still have a serious customer service problem. I've never stood at a counter, directly in front of several employees and two pop-outs by the manager, for so long without being greeted or engaged. I finally had to stop someone who passed by me a few times to point out my order on the counter. No greeting. No acknowledging me as a customer. I literally had to call for an employees attention to have my order fulfilled. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this location. They act as if the drive-thru is the only way they interact with customers. If you come inside, you have to ask for service. It's pretty ridiculous.

Been here multiple times seems like food is never fresh. Barely any sauce on the wings and you have to request it. Other locations drenched their wings in sauce w/o being told. Ate once in downing prior to covid and it’s pretty much clean at the time. This location is the closest to home, last drive thru visit experience, I would pass and drive the extra miles to other locations.

This could be the absolute worst Zaxby's about getting g your order correct. There is no way to check an order for 5 people in the drive through. And this is the 3rd time they have left items out. Get it together Zaxby's.

Last time I went to the drive thru I wanted to order cheese bites adding some marinara sauce on the side as I have done at many different stores, as well as this store before. However, when I asked for this I was told that was not allowed. I advised them I have done this before, with no issues, even at this store. I tried to explain this several times but they refused. They said I could talk to the manager if I wanted but that it was not possible. They failed to give me a reason either. The failure to explain why this was not being allowed to this time and the attitude that I received from the staff was very inappropriate.I also asked for some Zax's sauce, ranch and Buffalo sauce with my order. When I was given my order I asked if all three were included and was told yes they are in the bag. I asked if they were sure and was told yes. However, I decided to check my order to confirm all was correct which led to me discovering only Zax's sauce and Ranch were in the bag. Which resulted in me having to get out and go into the store to get the items I needed.I also had asked for an order of bread but they failed to add it on to my order, so I had to also go back in and ask for an order of bread.Given the atmosphere of Zaxby's I would honestly expect better customer service from the staff.
