Chicken was terribly overcooked and a dark brown in color. Horrible , so crispy it was almost inedible. Far from what was expected. Biscuits were flaky and very thin and below the usual KFC standards. Cole slaw and sides were pretty good. This is the 2nd time I've been there in the last few weeks. Both times were disappointing. Staff was nice and friendly. I picked it up and would have returned it but the store is 10 minutes away and not worth the trip.
You can never get your food at the window at night. They make you pull into a parking spot. Wait 15-20 minutes to get your order wrong. This has happened to me multiple times. They always forget napkins, sauces, and utensils. This last time they forgot my drink and that meant I had to get back in line and wait again, it’s ridiculous. If you eat here, don’t drive off thinking you got what you ordered.
I ordered 8pieces original chicken. I was so disappointed when I got home my chicken was overly cooked , chicken was so dry. Out my eight pieces chicken 6 piece were tiny wings. After the long wait it this and finally home to have dinner . I wasn’t even given a receipt for my order. I want to take back my order , but after a long day and to drive back I didn’t. But I just needed to express my disappointment in service .
