Went there today and ordered original recipe 2 piece meal through the drive through. Got home in about 7 minutes, to bread was had as a rock and we got crispy chicken instead of what we ordered. Will not go back for that kind of food for $20.00.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. NEVER get the order correct and the one time they di, the food was all cold like it had been sitting on the counter for an hour except the Cole slaw ( it was lukewarm). People working there are rude and don't care. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE NOR ORDER FOOD FROM THERE!!!!

I went this past Tuesday for a pickup order (8pc meal , with free spicy chicken online and individual sides: mashed potatoes w gravy, mac n cheese, coleslaw 4 biscuits. It was late and raining alo and I've never dined in since I like to take it to go. For pickups, you have to go inside and get your food. I had my daughter in the car and it would have been been a hassle to get her out and the umbrella and all that. I went through the drive in and asked and a worker came out to give me my food. I appreciated that so much. It might have been just 2 people in there but she did it. About the food, its always good. Some people said they mess up food orders, for me one time a food item was missing but I just went back and got it . I always check whenever I order out I suggest everyone do that.

Worst customer service at the drive through window I’ve heard in a while. I was on the phone with my sister while she was placing an order and the drive thru associate was horrible and from what I’ve heard he always is, named Christopher. Christopher, if you don’t like your job, please find you something else to do. Good customer service is a must, people get fired everyday for giving bad customer service, it’s a big part of your job. I told my sister to call corporate, after hearing her ask you were you ok, and your apply was “I’m fine I just have a headache , I’m tired”. She said she would be praying for you and you replied, “there’s nothing to pray about.” Oh yessir there is. You need to be in the back washing dishes and taking out trash. Not at the window with attitude and personal problems. Yes we will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning. Didn’t give her a receipt with the order and she was so flustered she didnt want to turn around and ask for it, couldn’t have. been me. Shameful. kfc Powder Springs ga.

If you like dry chicken and cold sides then this is the KFC for you. Do yourself a favor and find a Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Decent flavor and better prices or just go to any other restaurant that sells fried chicken.

The staff were some of the rudest I've ever encountered. Not to mention you can't hear them on the drive Thru and then they get mad when your order is wrong and you try to tell them it's wrong.

This is so crazy, place was not busy, this is the second time in a row that my order was short and you can’t reach anyone by phone. Last time they left out a side and I tried to call but no answer. Today I ordered an8 piece chicken and told them about the last order of course I received an apology so before I drove off from the drive thru I verified I had what I ordered. Okay all sides and chicken got home went to eat chicken and I was short a piece of chicken! Again you can’t call no one answers and I live to far to go back. So never again will I go there. If you do check EVERYTHING!

If you like loud 80's FUNK music this this is the place. I mentioned that everyone eating inside was a senior citizen so maybe they could think about the music. So, they turned it up. How very thoughtful. Had to wash my hands, the men's restroom was filthy.
