“I recently placed a catering order with Carrabba’s in Carrabba’s Italian Grill and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

I initially tried placing my order online but ran into website issues, so I called the restaurant directly. From the first phone call, Sean Cashman provided outstanding customer service. He helped me with my order, reviewed everything carefully, and made the entire process easy and stress-free.

When I arrived for pickup, my order was ready on time, hot, and fresh out of the oven. Sean walked me through everything, and they even provided the serving utensils and silverware we needed.

The food was a huge hit with our group. We ordered the chicken penne pasta, lasagna, grilled chicken, house salad with house dressing, bread with oil, and oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious, and we received so many compliments on the food.

If you’re looking for a place for catering, I highly recommend Carrabba’s in Douglasville. Great food, quick turnaround, and even better service. Thank you, Sean, for making the experience such a positive one!”

“The chef was fun. He had a big personality and made this ole lady's birthday fun. Even included a birthday Tiara. I have a very touchy stomach so to me it was a little peppery but the good was amazing. Large portions. Definitely had a great time and I would go back again. “Imagine driving all the way to Douglasville for beef bacon and the store is closing up a whole hour early. This is after you called to verify the hours of operation due to it being a holiday. Upon entry we were told cash only since they just closed down the register, even though they had 10 minutes left. We normally spend $100+ but we only had $20 in cash. I'm so disappointed. They were my favorite butcher shop and sadly the older gentleman wasn't on site to provide guidance. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere for a good, caring butcher. Today's youth are lazy, not interested being honest and certainly aren't concerned with maintaining their reputation.”

The catfish was hard to beat, you would be hard pressed to find better for the price, sounds silly but very similar to the fried fish at Paula Dean’s Family Kitchen (which is also gooooood). Some of the tastiest meat-free collards i’ve had, which is saying something since they usually need a little burnt ends to make em really good. They got the good casserole style mac-n-cheese with a crispy cheesy crust on top. Not a sit down place, but if that lets them focus on making the food good (and it was), wouldn’t change a thing. Wouldn’t swear to it, but I’d be willing to bet they don’t use canola oil for the fish/fries. Not gonna share why I think that lol.”

The games were in great condition, and there was something for every age — from my little one enjoying the toddler rides to the older kids challenging themselves at the arcade games. The food came out fresh and delicious (the pizza was a big hit with the whole family), and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and let's not forget about the Dippin' Dots, yummy!! It’s rare to find such a combination of great entertainment, great food, and outstanding service, but Chuck E. Cheese delivered it all. We left with happy kids, fun memories, and a promise to come back soon. Highly recommend!”

Service and food became so bad instead of driving 1 mile to Douglasville Roadhouse, we started driving 15 miles to Hiram Roadhouse. Last year, we decided to try the Douglasville Roadhouse again. We were pleasantly surprised. Pat Gibson has turned this place around. The food is great and the service is outstanding. The last couple times we ate at Douglasville Texas Roadhouse Forrest was our server. He is outstanding, courteous and awesome. Thanks for the big improvement, Pat. Doug and Gabriele”

“Jewel Bakery is one of my favorite bakeries in Douglasville! Everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious, but my favorites are the Key Lime Lemon, Blueberry Lemon, and Caramel Pound Cake. Each one is moist, flavorful, and made to perfection. The flavors are rich without being overly sweet, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. What makes Jewel Bakery even more special is the owner. She has a wonderful personality, is always friendly, and is truly a breath of fresh air. You can tell she loves what she does and genuinely enjoys her customers. I live a little farther away, so I often have my treats DoorDashed to my house, and they always arrive fresh and just as delicious as if I had picked them up myself. If you're looking for a great dessert, I highly recommend Jewel Bakery. You won't be disappointed!”

“Ms Monica was a fabulous Server at the Douglasville location. I am an RN and needed to do some computer online. I had a power outage at home and showed up at IHop at almost 2am. I had another family member there with me charging up devices. They did not have wall plug ins at their tables but she offered the plug behind the front desk at the entrance and she moves a small table by the back cash register so I could plug up my dying computer to work. I really appreciate Ms Monica for her quick help, common sense, and ingenuity. That along with her attentiveness to detail was fabulous! She is definitely a keeper! Thank you Monica and Ihop. On Friday, 6/24/22, I came in to pick up a cake I had ordered for a baby shower and the parking lot was taped off in front of the store due to the asphalt being dug up. There are tables and chairs, but I never sit because they don't look that inviting-lobby spurse up would make a difference. In this climate everything matters especially with food recalls. The young man at the desk is always nice and accurate.”

They are not however, if I were to open up a franchise, I’d be taking her with me. Hell, I’d probably even make a part owner simply because she takes ownership of what she does.!!!

That woman goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to a customer he treats us like family. I’ve seen her treat other people like family and you just can’t buy that kind of service you can’t train that kind of service. It’s either in you or it’s not.

This is my way of thanking her outside the extra percentage in tip and on another platform to say to continue being a rockstar and that the future is looking bright for everything that she does.
