“I had an issue with a recent Uber Eats order from Applebee’s where part of my food was missing due to the driver. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Ty, and he handled the situation quickly and professionally. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to make it right.

I really appreciate his customer service and the way he stepped up to fix something that wasn’t even the restaurant’s fault. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care like that. Thank you, Tyi, for being a stand-up person and taking care of your customers.“

“We made a reservation for our daughter’s birthday and when I spoke with the lady on the phone she was absolutely amazing! I was so happy to see customer service at its finest! Our server was on top of his game and definitely needs a raise and more people like him! The manager and staff were so awesome and made our lunch the best around ! “Visited this AB's on a late night run with a girlfriend while visiting Lithia Springs, GA. We went for dessert. She had the apple pie & I had chocolate cake. The waiter was hospitable from the moment we arrived. He was patient and kind. The area is different to my usual, but you just readjust your modes to suit your environment. All was well and overall a good experience.“

The food is pretty good and the place is clean plus the employees are patient and nice with good service, the Strawberry lemonade is amazing and the people who eat here are all friendly would definitely recommend if your in the mood for good wings“
