“I recently placed a catering order with Carrabba’s in Carrabba’s Italian Grill and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

I initially tried placing my order online but ran into website issues, so I called the restaurant directly. From the first phone call, Sean Cashman provided outstanding customer service. He helped me with my order, reviewed everything carefully, and made the entire process easy and stress-free.

When I arrived for pickup, my order was ready on time, hot, and fresh out of the oven. Sean walked me through everything, and they even provided the serving utensils and silverware we needed.

The food was a huge hit with our group. We ordered the chicken penne pasta, lasagna, grilled chicken, house salad with house dressing, bread with oil, and oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious, and we received so many compliments on the food.

If you’re looking for a place for catering, I highly recommend Carrabba’s in Douglasville. Great food, quick turnaround, and even better service. Thank you, Sean, for making the experience such a positive one!“

“If you're craving good Caribbean on a Sunday, come to this location. I had that craving and went to Austell location but discovered it is closed on Sundays....luckily the owner was there ans told me about this location. Made Beeline here and so glad I did. The young ladies were so sweet. The atmosphere was appropriately Caribbean and CLEAN. I had the tasty shrimp patties. It was soooo good. My only complaint is that it needed a bit more filling as it was hollow on one side. This time I opted for the Oxtail dinner. It too was DELISH....I only wish that they were larger/thicker cuts. You owe it to yourself to try this place if you're in the Douglasville area and want good Carribean food, in beautiful atmosphere, and awesome customer service!“

“We love coming here on occasion. The staff is very nice, clean atmosphere, and the food is very good. The only complaint is that they skimp a LOT on the protein. You almost always have to ask for double meat because the meat portions are insulting. Great otherwise..“

“I liked it better as a Buffet , as a Take out and Dine in I have never had a bad meal. My go to is General Tao chicken, fried rice and egg drop soup. The tea and lemonade is to die for. Very nice family runs the place and I truly appreciate their version of Chinese cuisine.“

“It’s always great to find these hibachi restaurants in the mall. If you’re searching for a tasty, filling, affordable savory dish with a relatively short wait time then this is your best bet. The dishes (chicken teriyaki & shrimp teriyaki) we had when we visited were prepped quickly and tasted great, although the styrofoam packs that they have now seem much shallower so you get less product.“

There are tables and chairs, but I never sit because they don't look that inviting-lobby spurse up would make a difference. In this climate everything matters especially with food recalls. The young man at the desk is always nice and accurate.“

“Ms Monica was a fabulous Server at the Douglasville location. I am an RN and needed to do some computer online. I had a power outage at home and showed up at IHop at almost 2am. I had another family member there with me charging up devices. They did not have wall plug ins at their tables but she offered the plug behind the front desk at the entrance and she moves a small table by the back cash register so I could plug up my dying computer to work. I really appreciate Ms Monica for her quick help, common sense, and ingenuity. That along with her attentiveness to detail was fabulous! She is definitely a keeper! Thank you Monica and Ihop. She helped my great grandmother understand the menu being since she has difficulty seeing clearly. She constantly made sure we were doing good. We never had to ask for one refill. I saw her running laps around the bar while other workers would just stand idle by and not help her once. She’s a strong bartender and she deserves a raise!! Will be coming back because of her!“
