“I’d love to try the brisket but I showed up at like 2am so I completely understand that they were sold out of it
The potato salad was really good as well as the beans. The Mac and cheese was pretty good, not baked but definitely edible! I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was super friendly and took very good care of us. I’m glad I didn’t have to eat Waffle House AGAIN 😂“

“WNB is by far the best burger in douglasville. It beats 5 guys in quality, presentation and cost. However this location can be better. The wings quality (skin texture after cooking, and seasoning application) is generally better at the one we order from in forest park. We have had great wings from this location, and we have had mediocre wings from here. It has been hit and miss, but we still order from here at least 2 times a month.“

“While I’m not a big fan of Burger King in general, I am a fan of attentive customer service and consistency and this location and crew does just that.
Every time I have ordered, the team taking orders have greeted me and been very articulate. Before sharing the total they repeat the order back and ask if I want any condiments. Upon arriving to the window, I’m greeted with a smile, another repeat of my order and again followed up with if I need any condiments or sauces. I’ve never had an experience in which I’ve spent more than 5 minutes (and that’s an exaggeration) in drive thru; it’s always been a pleasant and efficient process.
Though Burger King is not my first fast food preference, I choose this location because of the consistency not only with customer service but the quality. Not once have items been missing from my order, food is always warm/hot/fresh and assembled and wrapped neatly.
I’ve only visited the inside of this location once and I recall it being clean despite the heavy foot traffic and being near an interstate.
Very rare to find this level of service and quality in food service, especially here in Douglasville.“

“This place is amazing, the food amazing and the people are great especially when Anelis and Ricardo are working they give the service and they are always willing to help out not to mention they always have it well entertained on the tv with the anime it’s just an amazing atmosphere to be in. But recently they haven’t been playing much anime on the tv I always come in wanting to watch and eat my wings in peace with a little show on the side.“

“Alyson was my server. Let me just say she was very very attentive. She was also very helpful and kind. She helped my great grandmother understand the menu being since she has difficulty seeing clearly. She constantly made sure we were doing good. We never had to ask for one refill. I saw her running laps around the bar while other workers would just stand idle by and not help her once. She’s a strong bartender and she deserves a raise!! Will be coming back because of her!“

“It's a great breakfast place. And the fact you can get blast all day (well till they close at 3) is a plus. The biscuits are big, the choices are many, and the prices are still Pretty good. Not sure why the drive thru is slower on most days rather than going in but it's a small complaint. Prices have risen a bit, but then again what hasn't lately. I would recommend for sure. Love the chicken biscuit, the steak and egg biscuit, and the gravy biscuits are a must try. Menu picture was taken June 2026“

Manager Meagan R. and server Rafael G. went above and beyond for my family and I... My GodDaughter enjoys a flork character thing and mentioned that she wanted that, anyway the Team today went above and beyond. I am very thankful and grateful that I changed my rating and review to say five stars across the board! Thank you Meagan and team and thank you Rafael for making it happen! We appreciate it very much!!!
My GodDaughter doesn't like the attention on her and I know she will see one day that today is a day all about her. Again, thank you!

Luisa was our server... She was nice and friendly... Her service was great, she has a memory too! She took our order without a pen and pad. We ordered hot coffee, but it didn't taste like the IHOP coffee that we are used too... the coffee has a distinct coffee flavor... one of the coffee mugs was dirty so we sent it back... I guess we are just used to the Carrollton place.
Over all, good service and still good food.“
