Fries were stale, whopper was cold w/ tons of mayo and all ingredients piled in the center. Slimy, soggy pickles head the texture of snot going down my throat. Sprite syrup was not calibrated and tasted more like seltzer water than lemon-lime. The best part was the babe at the window, much hotter than the whopper! Can't wait till they get the robots so every order will be consistently accurate.
The meat used to be fire grilled but now there is a slight line on one side that looks like it's frozen that way and probably microwaved and the patty is thin compared to what the whopper used to look like and the fries were

The service was good, however, I was not pleased with the food at all. Ordered double whooper with onion rings. Whooper meat was dry, bread soggy, three dots of ketchup, unfresh tomatoes, and onion rings where not cooked all the way (soggy and greasy). I literally threw the food away and wasted my money :-(
