The service was good, however, I was not pleased with the food at all. Ordered double whooper with onion rings. Whooper meat was dry, bread soggy, three dots of ketchup, unfresh tomatoes, and onion rings where not cooked all the way (soggy and greasy). I literally threw the food away and wasted my money :-(

Fries were stale, whopper was cold w/ tons of mayo and all ingredients piled in the center. Slimy, soggy pickles head the texture of snot going down my throat. Sprite syrup was not calibrated and tasted more like seltzer water than lemon-lime. The best part was the babe at the window, much hotter than the whopper! Can't wait till they get the robots so every order will be consistently accurate.

The meat used to be fire grilled but now there is a slight line on one side that looks like it's frozen that way and probably microwaved and the patty is thin compared to what the whopper used to look like and the fries were

Went thru the drive through...I had a few questions and the person on headset was not helpful or maybe they were tired...smh Order 2 whopper Jr's for $5 with NO mayo or ketchup heavy Onion got all the way home and....there was KETCHUP all over the burgers. "YUCK!!!" she yells Goodness this is one child who dislikes ketchup. I had to cook her something else. I had planned to call the the store the next day because I knew they wasn't going do anything that night based on my service. Ohhh and .60 for 2 raw onion rings on a burger? Why??

Unorganized, unfriendly, inattentive. Sadly had two days in a row where the workers are goofing off and don’t care, I wish the mangers and staff took their job more serious.
