“I'd tried wnb once years ago (different location) and was not impressed. I was craving wings and it was close, so I decided to give it another chance. I am glad I did! Those wings were crisp and juicy, and I had sauce for days to coat them more as I needed. I'll definitely be back to this location again.“

“Staff distracted, not paying attention to customers in store or at drive thru. Went at the time of day went it was not busy . I wanted to try the new Chicken salad sandwich., I got the sandwich and there wasn't much salad on the sandwich which made it taste very dry. I was a little disappointed this time. I've enjoyed this sandwich in the past and it was very good.“

“First I like to say I love Popeyes fried Chicken second I think it's a pain in the a** that the store on fairburn road in Douglasville can't ever keep in stock anything, every time that I go over to pick up something for me and my family they're always out of it the people in that store are really suck they're rude and ugly.“

“I recently came here to pick up an online order I had placed, just to find out when I got home part of my order was missing. I came back to the location and the two gentleman that helped me showed amazing customer service. They fixed the issue and made sure I was taken care of with a smile. I really appreciate both of their professionalism and willingness to take care of a problem they didn't create. Demetrius and David, keep up the exceptional work!!“

“It's a great breakfast place. And the fact you can get blast all day (well till they close at 3) is a plus. The biscuits are big, the choices are many, and the prices are still Pretty good. Not sure why the drive thru is slower on most days rather than going in but it's a small complaint. Prices have risen a bit, but then again what hasn't lately. I would recommend for sure. Love the chicken biscuit, the steak and egg biscuit, and the gravy biscuits are a must try. Menu picture was taken June 2026“

“My two daughters, my grandson and I wanted to eat lunch in town so we went to another Wendy's on fairburn road which was a horrible experience, we were totally ignored... But we wanted Wendy's food so we went to the Douglas boulevard store... quite a different experience, the manager was very helpful, food was quick and hot and tasty, we will gladly come back...!“

“The newly remodeled location is incredible! The drive-thru is now larger to accommodate larger vehicles. The guy who took our order was enthusiastic and incredibly kind. I truly feel this Taco Bell has turned over a new leaf and I look forward to our next visit!!!!! Great job, Taco Bell Douglasville!“

“The food is fresh and delicious the fries are so good sometimes I come here just to get fries I don't want fries from nowhere else the wings are always cooked to perfection from my point of view this is the only place in Douglasville that I like to get wings from customer service is excellent and the place is always nice and clean a young guy by the name of Elvis waited on me and he has the perfect customer service personality and people skills“
