First, the service was outstanding.
Monet the cashier, was exceptionally polite and professional. You can tell she takes her role seriously and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Even when she wasn’t busy at the register, she came into the dining area to check on customers and make sure everything was okay. That level of care really stood out.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I ordered the small Italian sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and created a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Monet's service made it even better.“

“employees are exemplary & facility inside is nice enough but dumping a rectangular tray in small round counter means they don't make it easy to dump tray at end of meal. the grilled chicken has unpleasant bite-through. the parking lot is awful, with blocked off spots and poor pedestrian access so cars, customers & employees are subject to dangers that could be improved.“

“Newly renovated with new management and it's awesome. The ingredients were fresh off the grill and were unbelievably fresh. They have gone all the way to improve everything in their control and wants to make look better. The staff were friendly and well mannered.“
