I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit to *Firehouse Subs* 2860-2 East West Connector.

First, the service was outstanding.
Monet the cashier, was exceptionally polite and professional. You can tell she takes her role seriously and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Even when she wasn’t busy at the register, she came into the dining area to check on customers and make sure everything was okay. That level of care really stood out.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I ordered the small Italian sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and created a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Monet's service made it even better.“

“we really need a martins on south cobb drive somewhere between highland parkway and windy hill road we could use the better choices of breckfest and lunch that martins offers great food, a friendly staff and good place to sit down and eat and be able to enjoy your meal.“

“employees are exemplary & facility inside is nice enough but dumping a rectangular tray in small round counter means they don't make it easy to dump tray at end of meal. the grilled chicken has unpleasant bite-through. the parking lot is awful, with blocked off spots and poor pedestrian access so cars, customers & employees are subject to dangers that could be improved.“

“I have visited this Arby's twice in the past week dining inside. The manager Quin was so awesome, very polite, caring and friendly. The restaurant was so quiet and clean.. The food was fresh and delicious.my food was ready in a minute. The atmosphere was so pleasant. The Manager deserves a raise for how she is running the restaurant. This Arby's will now be my go to restaurant to eat. Thank you for a restaurant that is pleasant to dine in ato eat.“
