The food was below of what it was the last time we were there. The burgers were soggy and the fries tasted like they were cooked a couple of hours before they were served. What a disappointment.
I don't know if it's just me or what, but every time I come here they always have me waiting for a long time before they give me my order. It's 20 minutes at the least that I will wait. This time I thought if I called it in maybe it'll be faster or I'll get priority but when I came in to pay for it, after paying for it, I saw two people get their orders before me and they placed it like 5 and 10 minutes after me. I have never had a meal at a Five Guys that I did not enjoy. Some locations make milkshakes and others don't. They all make great burgers. You tell them how to make it and they'll make it for you that way. I like the little burger. I usually have lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard and it's fabulous. Their fries are skin-on. They offer a spicy or regular salted fry or no salt if you want it that way. A serving is generous. Friendly staff.
