This Five Guys location always has friendly service. The food is typical for Five Guys, which is delicious. My burger in my most recent trip was great. It was tasty and the edges had a little bit of crisp to it that made the burger better than usual. Of course, the fries are always the best.

I usually don’t review but I need this Five guys location to make better burgers. My burger was TASTELESS and put together very sloppy…and for $20! I could have had a better burger at Cookout down the street. Yall use to be good, please don’t make a below average burger if we are paying high prices.

I have never had a meal at a Five Guys that I did not enjoy. Some locations make milkshakes and others don't. They all make great burgers. You tell them how to make it and they'll make it for you that way. I like the little burger. I usually have lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard and it's fabulous. Their fries are skin-on. They offer a spicy or regular salted fry or no salt if you want it that way. A serving is generous. Friendly staff.

The burgers at 5 guys aren't the same as they used to be. I can't put my finger on it, but they just don't taste as good as they used to.
The food is tasty but way overpriced. I ordered a small cheeseburger and small fries (no special toppings/ no drink) for delivery...it was $25! that's ridiculous

The food was below of what it was the last time we were there. The burgers were soggy and the fries tasted like they were cooked a couple of hours before they were served. What a disappointment.

I don't know if it's just me or what, but every time I come here they always have me waiting for a long time before they give me my order. It's 20 minutes at the least that I will wait. This time I thought if I called it in maybe it'll be faster or I'll get priority but when I came in to pay for it, after paying for it, I saw two people get their orders before me and they placed it like 5 and 10 minutes after me. I called at 1:49, got my order at 2:17. I love five guys but five guys does not love me.

Warning!! Five Guys portion for their large fries has diminished! The portion I received for a large order of fries was underwhelming, and I paid over $7 for them. I asked the counter person why my portion was low compared to my past 10+ years of ordering large fries. The answer I received is that is how it is. This is unacceptable! I paid last week $5 for 3+ bags of potatoes for Thanksgiving. But my barely large fries, which typically feed three, was one potato. Shame on Five Guys for training your staff not to listen to the LOYAL consumer. Horrible experience and service.
