We had the company card to pay for a meal and expected to make about an 8 to 10 person order (drooling over my computer screen at the pictures of the food of course) with several extras when we realized we couldnt make the order or get the phone answered well within the stated delivery hours on Uber Eats and Google.is this the kind of place that just got mislabeled and offering delivery or takeout orders? Are their hours not 10 to 7 on Monday to Friday? What went wrong? “They have their location in Austell and a ghost kitchen in Decatur. I went to their original location in Austell, it is take out only so if you live far be prepared to eat in or on your car. I got the peaches and cream waffle with the hot honey chicken tenders. Everything tasted really good and it was full of flavor. It was a lot of food so I ended up sharing it.”

“After a 20+ day stay in 2 hospitals over the last month and grossly enduring hospital food, all I could dream about was some real food. Because I had planned on going shopping nearby I opted for Ocharleys. In fact that is the only place I really wanted to go. I paid my transportation company to take me there and I walked in radiant knowing I was about to get some great food.Initially I was warmly greeted by Ms Delenda the hostess. She was wonderful, so warm, so personable. She asked me for my preference (table or booth). I felt really good knowing that in this world full of entitled people, I still have choices. Ms Delenda didn't just tell me "Go there and point". She walked with me and asked if she could help me further. I was so impressed at her initiative. I asked her if she could make sure I got a coke to start out with. She said of course though she could have said "That's not my job!" She obviously took great pride in her employer, her job, and her customers. It was a delight to meet her.Within a minute my beautiful waitress Tiffani quickly approached my table smiling. She too obviously loves her job. Before she even gave me a menu, she asked me how I was doing, almost like I mattered even more than some tip. I told her I'm OK. Just hungry. She gently placed the menu in my hands and the entire time I was there I watched her. It's really fascinating when you watch people. They can teach you so much. I was there maybe 45 minutes and I watched Tiffani as she greeted and also served every customer on that side of the room. She was constantly filled drinking glasses with tea and water; making recommendations. She cleaned tables. But more than that, she refreshed my spirit that had been pretty low for months. She never stopped moving as she could not stop serving her customers enough. She earned the extra tip I gave her. She like Ms Delenda was delightful. As she gave me my receipt I asked if I could speak with her manager. She didn't assume the worst like many do. Instead she went immediately and got Ms Chanel.When Chanel came to see me, she beamed as if she too, as the others, loved what she does for a living. No burnout here. Just pure joy. I thought I came for a meal. Instead, I received an afternoon rich with new friends. What a group of people.! They didnt seem like employees. This was no doubt a family. I got the opportunity to spend several minutes talking with Ms Chanel, though i know she had to have been busy. What a beautiful person who also totally made my day.I thought I came for food. Instead i got nourishment i had not had for months. I am confident too that Ms Chanel, Delenda, and Tiffani are not alone in the way they treat others and value their jobs. If I were not disabled now, I think I too would want to work at Ocharleys Austell too. What an atmosphere of fun, food, and friends. Thank you Chenel, Tiffani, and Delenda for making my whole month. I hope to be back after another doctor's appointment on Monday.”

“Coming from NYC living in cobb county for 5 years I've been searching for an authentic Jamaican restaurant I finally struck gold. The food at this restaurant is very fresh and delicious. They all were friendly and welcoming. I love the seating area it has a large TV and greenery on the wall along with Bob Marley portraits. They also make authentic Jamaican drinks like Irish moss. Sorrel and over 20 different kind of drinks. Hands down the best Jamaican restaurant in Cobb county.Kid-friendliness: Very spacious and clean.”

It was St Patrick's weekend, so I ordered a Guinness and a Jamison. They are on the trend of a lot of Atlanta area restaurants/lounges that automatically add a gratuity to the check. So, those two drinks plus the 20% tip came up to $19. It's a nice vibe.”

I ordered a biggie bag, and my fries were just warm, but everything else was good. I don't think I was in the drive thru for more than 5 mins. They're quick, I'll definitely give them that. Since my wife is vegan, there are not a lot of options like this around, and this year I wanted to see if they could do a cookie cake for us. They of course were able to make it happen, and we took it a step further to do a double-layer cookie cake with icing in the middle. It was amazing. “Very underrated park in the Six Flags chain. Have been going here since 2014 as my home park and never had any bad experiences when visiting. I've always admired the hilly terrain and the nice setting where Blue Hawk is standing above the lake. Recently went there in December for Holiday in the Park to enjoy my visit there in 5 years. I'm very excited to see what will 2024 bring now that the new Ultra Surf coaster is coming this summer as a much needed attraction to cool off on a hot summer day”

“I ordered the pick 2, creamy tomato soup and half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The food was hot and fresh. My first time trying tomato soup and it didn't disappoint. The sandwich was flavorful and fresh. My only complaint I should've ordered a whole sandwich and not half. Can't wait to go back again.***EDIT POST****Enjoyed the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt so much the first time I got a whole sandwich on my next order and was highly disappointed. The sandwich was really soggy I was only able to eat the top part of the bread and it wasn't enjoyable I was expecting better for a 12.00 sandwich.”

“This location is not usually very busy so I was able to go through the drive-thru pretty quickly which is unusual for this franchise. However my food was very hot and delicious I ordered a kid's grilled cheese with the seasoned fries, and I also ordered an additional side of fries. The fries were very fresh and season very well. The customer service was great. I asked for extra sauce this time, and they did not even charge me.
