The funnel cakes were fresh, hot, and loaded—exactly how they supposed to be. The texture was on point: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and they didn’t hold back on the toppings. From the Oreos to the marshmallows and strawberry drizzle, everything hit.
Portion size? Solid.
Flavor? Heavy.
Presentation? Messy in the best way (you know it’s good when it look like that).
Customer service was quick and straight—no long wait, no confusion, just get your food and enjoy.

“I have only tried a few things here, but the quality is so consistent that I would honestly trust anything on the menu. You can really just pick whatever you want! The Fresh Taro Marble Bubble is the real deal. They use real mashed taro instead of just powder, so it is super nutty and not too sweet. I am usually not a fan of coconut because of that artificial smell, but their coconut juice was so fresh and clean. The Pina Colada was a solid classic, too. My friend got the Cookie Monster Cheesecake ice cream. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients for everything. Definitely worth a visit!”

“Shawn was our delivery guy for pick up. He was literally running the entire time I pulled up to order which was about 30-40 minutes. It took me forever to decide what I wanted so I tarried. I could see him darting in between cars with bags, some large, some small, but he was getting it. I’d literally just given out my cash and didn’t have a good tip bc I wanted to bless him. He was sweating, it was hot, but he didn’t complain. He was so nice and warm with me that I almost took him for myself but I figured you guys needed him so I digressed, however, I just wanted to acknowledge a job well done! “I recently worked with Frog Rock Brewery to host my birthday… and it was an AMAZING experience. My guests loved the space, the staff, and the drinks (of course!!). The events coordinator, Lindsey, was great. I had such a great time. I highly recommend Frog Rock. The outdoor space offers a beautiful space for hanging with friends, playing games (like cornhole), and relaxing.”

“I had my first visit to Palmer's Eatery and it did not disappoint! We got our food to-go. So I didn't get to enjoy the cute outdoor seating area. The food was delicious! I had the 3 meat hibachi with chicken, steak, and shrimp. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Large portions. I also had the peach cobbler.... whew! Delicious.... tasted like somebody's granny made it. LOL I will definitely be back and highly recommend Palmer's Eatery.”

“I love everything about this place! The food is so good and so are the drinks. The girl who was working the register is an actual angel. I didn’t get her name, but she was younger and had piercings. We go out of our way to go here when traveling because of how nice it is. Also, the centers bathrooms are always very clean and actually smell GOOD. Highly highly recommend.”

“I love breakfast at South Cobb Diner. My dad and I like to go there. Yesterday, I took him on an outing from his assisted living facility, and he had salmon, slaw, and green beans. He ate every bite! It was so delicious and tasty. I always like the egg and veggie scramble. I always find the service fast and the staff great.”

In the crazy, selfish world we live in today, I want to take a moment to shout out this particular Honey Baked Ham location in Austell, GA… the manager, Andrew, OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, and VERY GENUINE guy to work with!!! I called around to place a catering order to be delivered to a dear friend, all other locations denied my order, even though they offer catering services and are closer to my delivery location, but not Andrew! He went over, beyond, and out of his way to ensure that he could get my order delivered and I am so appreciative! If you are in the Austell area and need anything from Honey Baked Ham, please stop by and ask for Andrew, he and his team’s customer service is TOP TIER! I could literally feel the smiles through the phone! I stay nowhere near his location, but I will definitely stop by to support his location again, and again! Thank you, Andrew!”

I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit to *Firehouse Subs* 2860-2 East West Connector.

First, the service was outstanding.
Monet the cashier, was exceptionally polite and professional. You can tell she takes her role seriously and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Even when she wasn’t busy at the register, she came into the dining area to check on customers and make sure everything was okay. That level of care really stood out.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I ordered the small Italian sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and created a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Monet's service made it even better.”

We have used Okinawa Austell 3 times now, and everytime, without fail, they have given us delicious perfection! And their lunch prices are extremely affordable, even for us! We average 30 to 35 orders each time! Everything is always packaged so we can identify each order easily, and there have been ZERO mistakes or complaints. Zero complaints! Chase is always spectacular with his customer service and attention to detail. I wish i could remember the names of the other people whom ive interacted with. They were just as pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough about how much we love Okinawa Austell! Their Dallas Hwy location is also a gem. My sister and I used to go there at least once a month. It was our favorite sushi spot! It appears that Okinawa provides excellence no matter which location you go to! I would give more stars if I could!”

“Stopped by Bruster’s for the secind week in a rowand tried the White Raspberry Truffle ice cream in a waffle cone, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of creamy vanilla, rich chocolate truffles, and raspberry swirl was the perfect balance of sweet and indulgent. Fresh waffle cone, generous scoops, and great service made it even better. Definitely a flavor worth trying again!Also the Asst. Manager on 5/9 & 5/17 is so friendly. She has a great personality.
