Mrs. Crystal Calvin was amazing! I made a purchase online and she educated me on an option with better value. “People don’t care what you know until they know you care” and Mrs. Calvin genuinely cares. She helped set me up for success for a big presentation and I owe her tremendously her her efforts. I will definitely be doing more business with this location because of my interaction with Mrs. Calvin and her awesome staff!
Went in for a sandwich meal. "The Honey Baked" sandwich, which is really good. The young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful but got my sandwich confused. I checked it in my car and came back in and let them know of the error. They quickly corrected the sandwich, gave me an extra bag of chips, cookie and told me to keep the incorrect sandwich since it would go to waste. This is top tier customer service. I just got home from a mad dash to Honey Baked Ham in Austell, GA. Unsure, Pressed for time, I called the store to asked about hours finding out I only had a few minutes left until closing.
