Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a welcoming environment and friendly staff. The service is amazing, with employees who are accommodative and fantastic. One location has a drive-thru where a woman ran the register and oven, ensuring food was ready and the drink was done at the window. The cold foam was perfect. However, the usual coffee order is a hit or miss at one location, and the dumpsters by the drive-through are suffocating with a pungent smell. Specific menu items mentioned include a great sugar-free chai latte, and the best pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin spice cream cheese muffins. The pumpkin spice season is coming to an end.
