Always great customer service! No complaints didn't have to wait in line very long. Very pleasant when I pulled up to the drive-thru. My drink was ready they ran my card, and I was on my way not a long time in the Drive-Thru at all. Always a pleasant service when I attend this location. Went in about 2 weeks ago and Barbara was at the drive thru window with a very nasty attitude. She literally said something along the lines of “not coming back to work tomorrow” or how she hates the job, trying to be funny and the other baristas in the back preparing drinks laughing. She said it with the window wide open so she clearly didn’t care if she was heard. If you can’t take the heat, don’t work at Starbucks…. I moved to the area recently and this location is the closest to my home. After several pretty terrible experiences with wait times, incorrect orders or my order just being missed completely I started going a few miles out of my way to the Macland Crossing location every day. The literal only thing good about this store is Liz at the drive thru window.
