The girl at the window usually gives me a pup cup & talks about how cute my dog is. Today, nothing. The new girl did a fine job, it was just not as personal as other experiences. My poor dog was so bummed she didn't get her pup cup today.

I moved to the area recently and this location is the closest to my home. After several pretty terrible experiences with wait times, incorrect orders or my order just being missed completely I started going a few miles out of my way to the Macland Crossing location every day. The literal only thing good about this store is Liz at the drive thru window.

We had hairs inside our Strawberry Acai, and they need to check the recipes for their drink because it tastes different. To get an oat milk Chai Latte to taste the same as in other Starbucks, I was suggested to put extra pumps even explaining that in other stores tastes more as chai and less like just
