I left without sauce for my rib tips (all my fault)
Luckily. They were still tender and flavorful. Sauce is an accent for BBQ. It can break, but cannot "make" the meat itself.

Delicious! I got the pulled pork, Mac & cheese, green beans, and cornbread. The pork is so tender, flavorful, and juicy. It doesn’t need bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese is soooooo good and dreamy! The corn bread is heaven. I can’t wait to come back and try more!
