In the crazy, selfish world we live in today, I want to take a moment to shout out this particular Honey Baked Ham location in Austell, GA… the manager, Andrew, OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, and VERY GENUINE guy to work with!!! I called around to place a catering order to be delivered to a dear friend, all other locations denied my order, even though they offer catering services and are closer to my delivery location, but not Andrew! He went over, beyond, and out of his way to ensure that he could get my order delivered and I am so appreciative! If you are in the Austell area and need anything from Honey Baked Ham, please stop by and ask for Andrew, he and his team’s customer service is TOP TIER! “We love this wing spot so much! We are regulars here. The wings are small so we always get a 20 piece. The hot sauce is delicious and addicting. They give you an extra bottle at your table if you want more sauce. The fries are cooked just right. The owner and his wife are very nice and welcoming too. I highly recommend this place if you love good wings and fries.“

“Shawn was our delivery guy for pick up. He was literally running the entire time I pulled up to order which was about 30-40 minutes. It took me forever to decide what I wanted so I tarried. I could see him darting in between cars with bags, some large, some small, but he was getting it. I’d literally just given out my cash and didn’t have a good tip bc I wanted to bless him. He was sweating, it was hot, but he didn’t complain. He was so nice and warm with me that I almost took him for myself but I figured you guys needed him so I digressed, however, I just wanted to acknowledge a job well done!
