“Ice been to this location a few times now and I'm so glad I found it. I had seen it several times in passing, but never stopped by. I'm glad I choose to one day. Even when the restaurant is packed, they wait time doesn't tend to exceed 20 minutes. It's worth the wait though. The breakfast and brunch are top notch. The specialty coffees are delicious. The servers are nice. The kitchen moves as quick as they can based on your party size. I've been with as few as 2 people and as many as 6. Our food was always hot and delicious and presented well. This is a location that is definitely worth making regular visits to.“

“You get what you pay for. Everything was fine, but I usually go to more expensive steak places, so by comparison, this was not as good. The steaks were not great, just ok. But the mushroom appetizer was very good. Service was ok, not great.“

In the crazy, selfish world we live in today, I want to take a moment to shout out this particular Honey Baked Ham location in Austell, GA… the manager, Andrew, OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, and VERY GENUINE guy to work with!!! I called around to place a catering order to be delivered to a dear friend, all other locations denied my order, even though they offer catering services and are closer to my delivery location, but not Andrew! He went over, beyond, and out of his way to ensure that he could get my order delivered and I am so appreciative! If you are in the Austell area and need anything from Honey Baked Ham, please stop by and ask for Andrew, he and his team’s customer service is TOP TIER! I could literally feel the smiles through the phone! I stay nowhere near his location, but I will definitely stop by to support his location again, and again! Thank you, Andrew!“

“I decided to do a Thanksgiving Friday late lunch, and was not disappointed. Requested their great server, Tayah, & she remembered my previous visit's order, & it was better than ever!! The Chicken Fajita omelet with a side of yummy pancakes is gourmet heaven. It is loaded with grilled chicken bites, inside & out, with fire roasted poblano & red peppers, Cheddar cheese, & onions, served with little cups of sour cream & salsa on the side. You will need extra cups, the omelet is so big. Mr. Ernest is the Omelet Garu, ask for him, if you get an omelet. Tayah checked on me through out the meal, even brought a hot pot of fresh coffee to replace my initial pot! Randy and Tony have kept the " "bestest" servers ; which are now attracting regulars and families... I spoke to two, & they both loved this location & the caring friendly staff.
