“Last two visits were disappointing. First time the lady at the drive through window was short and didn’t want to answer my questions trying to push me through the line, I guess this was a busy time of the day and they cared about throughput more than customer service. Second time I ordered a rib plate and got beef instead, found out when I already arrived back to work and it was too late to fix. Portions have reduced since first time I visited about two years ago. But this is a tendency with all places in the area recently.“

“We had stopped coming to the Lee Road location because It seemed every time we came they were only doing to go orders. We tried again today for lunch, and they were open! The food was good and fresh and the service was wonderful! Shanna was our waitress, she kept our drinks refilled and was very friendly!“

“We here last night with my dad. The food was great, staff was nice and respectful. The vibe was relaxed and chill. Overall I had a great time and good first night in Georgia. Applebee's isn't always the best in Florida where I'm from, but here in Georgia they do it right. If I ever come back to the beautiful state of Georgia, I'm coming back to this Applebee's. Thank you for a great dinner again y'all.“

“On a road trip form NJ to MS. Stopped in to get some coffee. The young women serving were super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would definitely stop again if I were in the area.“
