“I had gone in with my elderly mom whom uses a walker. Before we even made it to the door the host Cooper beat us to the door and held open the door and kindly welcomed us in with a bright smile. He also made the necessary accommodations for my mother to ensure she had the best possible experience seeing whether a booth or a table would be more convenient for her. In addition to that the way he interacted and just his overall personality made our experience that much better. Definitely going to be back. “Visiting Hiram for a wedding. Went here for some peach cobbler. Let me tell you the service was nice, the owner, the sweetest, and the cobbler was slap yo mamma fantastic. Dough to peach ratio was just right. Go check them out , trust me you won't regret anything!!“

“I ordered a pizza via the Newk's app at 4:32 PM, and it was projected to be ready by 4:42 PM. I made it to the restaurant at about 4:41 PM. The gentleman in the to-go failed to acknowledge my presence for almost 10 minutes, but he somehow managed to wait on 3 other ladies that entered the restaurant AFTER I did. I finally got irritated, because I didn't notice anyone working on my pizza in the kitchen nor had the gentleman in the to-go asked me about my order, so I went to the register and inquired about my Spicy Shrimp pizza. He grabbed the print out of my order off the order printing station AFTER he failed to acknowledge me for nearly 10 minutes (4:52 PM). By then, I'd been waiting 20 minutes from the time that I placed my order via the Newk's app (4:32 PM). He placed the print out of my order on the shelf for someone to finally make my Spicy Shrimp pizza. I waited another 10 minutes for them to make and bake my pizza, so I did not leave the restaurant with my food in hand until about 5:01 PM. I waited almost 30 minutes for an order that was placed via the Newk's app. I intentionally ordered ahead via the app, so that I did not have to wait for my order to made at the restaurant. I'm not at all pleased with the lack of hospitality and poor customer service that I received!“

“Had the Easter brunch with complimentary mimosa. $75.00 per person drinks extra. The three of us enjoyed our time. I made reservations nine days prior with asking for outdoor seating. When we arrived weather was good but they were not seating outside. Disappointed not to have outside seating. Nice buffet but the cake was previously frozen and apple pie not homemade. The lemon petite tart was not made with fresh lemon. Probably frozen previously too. The ice cream bar had only vanilla and cool whip topping. The strawberry and chocolate syrups were flavored. For the price charged a couple of real signature desserts would have been great. The macaroni was great. The salmon, chicken and beef were good. The ham was not a a good choice and was not at a carving station as described when I asked about the buffet. Fruit was good. Since this is the first since Covid 19 I’ll give for credit for a nice presentation.

“Last two visits were disappointing. First time the lady at the drive through window was short and didn’t want to answer my questions trying to push me through the line, I guess this was a busy time of the day and they cared about throughput more than customer service. Second time I ordered a rib plate and got beef instead, found out when I already arrived back to work and it was too late to fix. Portions have reduced since first time I visited about two years ago. But this is a tendency with all places in the area recently.“

“It's IHOP, you know? This one is clean and pleasant. Server was very cordial. Food was good- typical IHOP. Had to wait a bit for my food and when I got it it wasn't hot. Pancakes were cool (butter wouldn't melt on them), and the cheese had already melted on my hash browns. As I type this I've been waiting a while for my check so I can pay and go.“

My only issue was the size of the place it was a bit small in there. If you wanted to eat in there was slim pickings at where to eat. Might be a good idea to expand the business IJS. It will be on my radar the next time I'm in ATL.“
