Hallelujah! Have mercy! Good country home cooking! It has been a very long time since I’ve had food this good and I consider myself a pretty good cook. And I grew up with a mom that was an excellent cook but I have never in my life had perfect Black Eyed Peas - whole and not mushy. Seasoning – perfect! Taste – perfect! Service - perfect!
