I’ve been there twice in the last 2days. But even more impressive than the food was the customer service i received. They forgot my yams and i didn’t realize until i got home. So i called and instead of just apologizing and Puting my name on the list to get when i ordered next time around. Carzell himself delivered the yams to my house stating “if he messed up the order he was going to fix it.” I was highly impressed and they have earned my business indefinitely!“

“I stopped in here for my first visit today. I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. I had salmon with the Thai Stir Fry Bowl and a strawberry matcha latte with oat milk.Everything was flavorful and delicious, but my server Susana made my experience. She was very pleasant and checked in with me and reinforced my interest in this quaint, cool spot in the heart of Marietta.I also loved the natural light and coziness of the small side room where I ate my meal. “This is a lovely neighborhood donut shop and also serves breakfast sandwiches. By the time I left they had a line to the door, so they are well-loved by the community. The interior was filled with gorgeous house plants and had booth seating to enjoy your snacks. The donuts were a little too sweet for my preference, but if you have a real sweet tooth you'll love it! Check out their "pine cone" specialty that's kept in a countertop case.Kid-friendliness: They had plenty of food and beverage selections that kids would love.“

We did not have reservations, but they got us seated quickly at the sweetest little table for two. “We visited Tuesday + Coffee Shop after completing a notary appointment in Marietta. We were warmly greeted and the customer service was excellent. We had a regular coffee, a Flat White and a slice of the orange cardimon loaf. Everything was delicious! I will definitely visit again soon.“

One time at the beginning if the New Year as well as a couple of days ago.Takeout process was simple and ordered a good amount of food. Food portions are relatively good in general especially when comparing to other places. I would say this restaurant is more about quality control over quantity which is admirable.Ordered Chicken Vindaloo and Madras as well as Chana Masala and Garlic Naan.Vibdaloo ordered Hot spice level. Didn't disappoint. In fact just a bit too difficult to put down all at once. Might order that Medium plus next time. Really like the potatoes mixed in. Very lovely flavor.Chicken Madras was a lot more my style. Very aromatic and moist. Chana Masala was splendid as well. I find most places tend to have watery Chana Masala but this was a lot thicker which is perfect because Chick peas really can absorb the flavor additions.Garlic Naan was good. 1 large Naan cut in half with garlic and coriander leaves sprinkled on. Good accompaniment to the rice. Lots of dipping action with the sauce from the mains.Will have to try the fish, lamb and goat next time. Chicken dishes seem super safe and very much are going to be a rotation favorite of mine when I order in the future.Give it 5 stars for service as there was no hold up plus looking at other reviews it seems service is very much up to standard. Interior is very lovely but the booths look out of place. Could use a modernized update with seating but the white, red and gold accents should be kept. There is a bar for alcoholic options and a bunch of great food choices. We had the biscuit with sauce and daily frittata and they were delicious! Highly recommend!“
“Really fantastic spot! Service was very good. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. It's a bit small inside for how busy it was when we were there, but luckily a table opened up right when we got our food. Coffee was solid. I got the egg and sausage breakfast pastry and it was phenomenal. The best sausage I've ever eaten in my entire life. Pastry was perfect, eggs and cheese so delicious with the sausage. Would definitely come again to try the pies.“
“I like this place for a nice weekday lunch. I love the variety of dishes on the menu. Nice interior with lots of screen-time. The patio dining is really nice, but the road noise can be a bit disruptive. Right now, they are investing in better outdoor furniture, so give that a try. The event coordinators, Katie and Madeline, from start to finish were so incredible. They were so helpful and responsive, and the event space is just absolutely stunning! “Where to begin...this will be a long review, so, sorry in advance. Our experience with The Marietta Local began when I reached out to them regarding catering for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Since then, we have nothing but positive things to say. We have been dealing mainly with the owner, Jim, who has been extremely accommodating to us. Every phone call, meeting, etc. he has been our point of contact, which I feel like is rare. Before we even fully committed to Marietta Local for our catering, Jim invited us into the restaurant for a meal and told us to try whatever we wanted. We were not disappointed! We had meatloaf, nashville hot chicken, grits, quinoa salad, collard greens, plus a couple more items that I cannot recall at this time -- everything we had was spectacular! We were served quickly and the staff was so pleasant. We got to sit down with the chef, Emily, and talk through our menu preferences, and she assured us the one thing we would not have to worry about is our food, she had it all under control; which, for anyone who has ever planned a wedding and knows the stress, this was so re-assuring to us. I cannot say enough good things about Emily. She is an incredible human and an even better chef.That same visit, we got to meet Jim in person. His personality is infectious. You can tell he is genuinely so proud of his restaurants and I think that shows in the food and service they put out. While our wedding events are not until this weekend, 3/15-16, I can truthfully say I do not have a single concern about our food, but will definitely write another review or edit this one, post-wedding. I cannot wait for our family and friends to try everything that we have planned with The Marietta Local!TLDR; service and food is 10/10, whether it is catering or breakfast/lunch dine-in. “The food is great but our experience this past Friday (04/29) was not good. We had the sweetest waitress that was actually a hostess who was helping the staff take orders etc. We noticed the sign on the door indicating staffing shortages, etc. so we made sure to be extra patient with the staff. Our order was taken but never showed up to our table. We waited about an hour and a half and the waitress came over and told us that our food order never made it to the back of the kitchen. We thanked her for letting us know and we left. She apologized with tears in her eyes. The staff here had a frustrating night. While this one experience is not the norm, what worries me is the entire evening I never saw a manger circling tables ensuring things are being addressed. While I realize that times are tough, where is the customer service? Where is the manager who should be managing these types of issues? If you can't take orders and fulfill them I suggest letting customers know. A sign in the door asking for patience is not enough. Manage the workload. Don't just continue to take orders you can't fulfill with the staff you have. Please do better for your staff and your customers. Customers will far more respect, being told up front that you can't take an order due to staffing shortages than they will with just being frustrated by over promising and under delivering. We've had great service in the past. I'm hoping the management of this restaurant will step up and correct customer service experience on nights when they are in a bind.“

I got the fries with Parmesan/Parsley - fries were light and delicious, and the topping made it so awesome! I get chicken fingers/fries at different drive-thrus off and on. “We love the El Don Taco Truck! Authentic, homemade Mexican food that is extremely reasonable and very tasty. This isn't a "Speedy Gonzales" fried American style food, they serve up the real deal. The food here is always fresh and served fast. Our favorite is the Two Asada (steak) Taco plate. These two street tacos come with a side of rice and a side of refried beans. They also add a little salad of carrot slices, onion slices, and jalapeños. If you're looking for a great lunch spot without the frills, then the El Don Taco Truck is worth the trip!“
