They are so ghetto and unprofessional. I don’t know who does the drive thru at night but they suck. They are horrible. It’s supposed to be fast food and I waited 15 min just for them not to give me everything in the order and rushing me when I still left without missing items.
So i went To this location on March 25th around 9:30 PM and wanted to order the ghost pepper spice of chicken Sandwich. Add a completed my order the cashier on drive through stated that they only had Homestead chicken and they were out of spicy so I said no thank you and Joe Fox I went to the location again tonight because I wasn't a move for one of their Christmas fish sandwiches and the young meeting greeted me on. This restaurant routinely only staffs 1 maybe 2 employees so what should be fast food ends up taking 10-20 minutes and the inside is never open for breakfast making it even worse for delivery drivers who have to wait in the drive thru. It's a horrible business model and the managers need to do better.
