Love eating at Happy Hawg! ? We have been eating here since it opened years ago, and even after the owner retired and sold it, the food is the same and just as wonderful! It is definitely a family-friendly restaurant with lots of BBQ and fried catfish, shrimp, and other fish. I'm allergic to most saltwater fish, so I don't pay much attention to those names. Great sweet tea! Sweet servers and staff. A bit better priced now than it used to be. ?
Happy Hawg makes a very good cheese burger. It’s better than 99% of most burger joints. Of course their BBQ is great also. I wish they served brisket. They’re desserts are very good also. Plus their service is good and fast and their prices are very reasonable. Check them out!Kid-friendliness: We have young kids (babies) and they love it there ?

I actually ordered on DoorDash and the ribs are sublime! Likely the best ribs I’ve had so far in Douglasville and I’ve had a lot! I highly recommend you to give them try on DoorDash if you haven’t already excellent food!
