Food made to order, coffee from Rome Italy, quality facilitation from local suppliers. There’s more too, Luis is a conversationalist. Honestly it is worth just sitting at the coffee bar. Go in the building, yes it is a medical building, but once you know about it you will keep coming back. Otherwise just Grub-hub it. This place feels takeout oriented, but for me I like to eat inside. A must try for Marietta locals.“

“I had gone in with my elderly mom whom uses a walker. Before we even made it to the door the host Cooper beat us to the door and held open the door and kindly welcomed us in with a bright smile. He also made the necessary accommodations for my mother to ensure she had the best possible experience seeing whether a booth or a table would be more convenient for her. In addition to that the way he interacted and just his overall personality made our experience that much better. Definitely going to be back. “my wife brought a batch of biscuits home from this place a while back, and they were delicious. Therefore I decided to take my daughter here this morning for breakfast, and it was both of our first time going. Let me just say that I was thoroughly pleased with the experience from the time we walked in until the time we left. The establishment itself was nice, and the customer service from every staff person we encountered was awesome! And the food just took everything to another level. I had the five and dime chicken sandwich with sausage gravy, and my daughter had the regular chicken biscuit. My daughter enjoyed her chicken biscuit, but the five and dime chicken biscuit I had made my taste buds do a dance! It was great! And if all of that weren't enough, the prices are extremely reasonable and the quantity of food hit the spot. Maple Street Biscuit Company has not seen the last of us. I can't wait to get back and try some of their other menu items. Salute to the whole team at the Kennesaw location!“

“It's IHOP, you know? This one is clean and pleasant. Server was very cordial. Food was good- typical IHOP. Had to wait a bit for my food and when I got it it wasn't hot. Pancakes were cool (butter wouldn't melt on them), and the cheese had already melted on my hash browns. As I type this I've been waiting a while for my check so I can pay and go.“

“Originally from up north and this was our first time in a Waffle House. Both my boyfriend and I had an amazing time! Penny and Brie were there and they made our dining experience amazing! Penny was so kind and was so easy to talk to. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who made the food but the food was AMAZING too! Overall if you need some solid breakfast in a solid restaurant with some solid people. This is the place!“

“Had the Easter brunch with complimentary mimosa. $75.00 per person drinks extra. The three of us enjoyed our time. I made reservations nine days prior with asking for outdoor seating. When we arrived weather was good but they were not seating outside. Disappointed not to have outside seating. Nice buffet but the cake was previously frozen and apple pie not homemade. The lemon petite tart was not made with fresh lemon. Probably frozen previously too. The ice cream bar had only vanilla and cool whip topping. The strawberry and chocolate syrups were flavored. For the price charged a couple of real signature desserts would have been great. The macaroni was great. The salmon, chicken and beef were good. The ham was not a a good choice and was not at a carving station as described when I asked about the buffet. Fruit was good. Since this is the first since Covid 19 I’ll give for credit for a nice presentation.

The food was good and fresh and the service was wonderful! Shanna was our waitress, she kept our drinks refilled and was very friendly!“

Food came out quick and was delicious I highly recommend our server Rebecca, she is very respectful, very loving friendly. You will not regret being served by her. She lights up the entire restaurant. I have been there twice and I have receive her service and she does not change. She will always keep a smile on her face and make sure that you are well take care of.

“This is the best waffle house in the entire state of Georgia. If the staff here asked if they could have a kidney, I’d give them both of mine.
The food is always great! The staff is so amazing! They treat everyone who walks in their doors like they are family. Everyone is their best friends, every kid is their favorite niece/nephew, and they only put out the best food for you.

“I placed a large order at 6:30a and as always the customer service and food was great! I was treating a group of people who had never eaten there before. The food was hot and fresh and everyone raved about the experience. I even ordered a cup of coffee and it was also delicious!
For years I have when I have family and friends visit I pick up food from Gutbusters.

“WAS AMAZING LAST NIGHT!!!! We last minute decided to drive around and see if anything wasn’t too crowded. When we drove by IHOP we noticed it wasn’t crowded at all so we stopped in. Our server was Kamaya (sp?) she has such a calm demeanor and she was so patient with us and our two kids and was very attentive and kind. I ordered the bacon avocado eggs Benedict with a side of breakfast potatoes and ya’ll it was the best eggs Benedict EVER!!! I was truly not expecting that. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and so tasty!! The waffles had a lovely lightly crispy outside but the inside was SO fluffy! Fried chicken was ideal! I was blown away that this came from an IHOP. We also interacted and spoke with another server named Paula who was also so genuinely kind. We chatted briefly and she complimented my family and was just such a joy! The chef was Jamel (or Jameel? I couldn’t hear very well what he said 😅) and we had to pay our compliments because the food was outstanding. We cannot wait to go back!!! Thank you all for such a wonderful dining experience😊“

ima good food connoisseur! i love good eating my mouth always thanks me! this IHOP is soooooooo good! i had the sirloin tips hash and eggs all perfect! the pancakes were soft and moist the butter and warm syrup melted it my mouth! every bite was a hallelujah!
and my server, Sarah was beautiful inside and out! she smiled the entire time was professional polite and attentive and welcoming!!!!
would def recommend and i'll be back asap!
