“When I came in at 1:30a it was super busy. There were two cooks and a guy named Justin working a steady stream of people. You would have thought it was gonna take forever to get my food but they were super speedy ! I was so impressed by how Justin handled being a waiter, taking to go orders and packing all t he Uber eats and pickup orders. I was thoroughly impressed at how hard these people are working. We had the lemon ricotta hotcakes (very yummy, remember that are hotcakes not pancakes, so they’re kind of small), a bagel breakfast sandwich which was loaded with Yummies, and the usual, which looked amazing. “I love everything about this place, and the same can be said for each location I’ve been to (three different cities). All of them are top tier in terms of food, service and atmosphere, hands down. They’re called “Egg Harbor” but they make some of the BEST pancakes I’ve ever had, and I’m picky when it comes to breakfast/brunch. The service is fast and friendly, even when they have a packed house (which they pretty much always do - make a reservation to save time). “I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a Waffle House, but this one was exceptional. We were there on a Saturday at 2 pm. There was over a dozen staff and while we sat and looked at the menu, I notice everyone, seriously, everyone was cleaning something.The floors were be scrubbed, not mopped, but like a bucket of soapy water thrown on the floor and they were scrubbing it with deck brushes. Someone was wiping the wall down while others were cleaning there area.I have never seen that many employees at a Waffle House. All were sort of poking fun at each other about how much cleaner their area was vs the other.Oh, yeah, the food was great as well. That's a given but the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff was fantastic. I don't know how Waffle House is ran, if it's franchised or corporate, but whoever the owner or manager of this store, Waffle House needs to send them to all their stores for some coaching! “I came for lunch. I really enjoyed the double cheeseburger with bacon. Good seasoning on the fries too. The music was ok a little loud it seems the environment it's not set up to produce good sound so it's just loud. I would recommend a sound expert if they really want to improve on the atmosphere. “This is a cool place last time I went there I had a strawberry and cream waffle and it was so good the pancakes or waffles do not come with a side but you can pick as much sides as you want they also serve coffee so you can go there for coffee or breakfast they are also open in the afternoon so you can go there for afternoon coffee too“
“Waffle House can be a bit of a "hit or miss" experience. This location was on it tonight! Dakota took care of us tonight and he was excellent. He had our food out to us fast and EXACTLY as requested. He was ready with drink refills too before we even knew we needed them. My wife said we got better service here than we had at our last visit to Ray's on the River and they try to be fine dining. She's right too.Waffle House has lots of ways to be specific with your order and it was nice to get really crispy hashbrowns and our daughter's wish of not so crispy bacon.We'll happily stop back at this location.Kid-friendliness: Our daughter loves Waffle House. “I came here to eat here the other day with my baby and we had a great experience. The last time I ate at this location was over 6 years ago so I am very pleased to see that they have kept their quality and standards over the years. I started my meal with a hot chai latte which came in a large mug with a significant layer of foam on top which I absolutely love, but if you aren’t a big fan of lattes with a lot of foam I would recommend asking for light or no foam. For our meal I ordered the Dinosaur Eggs kids meal with a blueberry pancake for my son, and I got the South Beach with egg whites with a side of jalapeño cheddar grits. The kids pancake meal was a great value for the price and very tasty. It’s your everyday pancake, eggs, and bacon but you really can’t go wrong with a classic! My meal was also a large portion of delicious egg whites, multigrain toast, Canadian bacon, fruit, and a side of the jalapeno cheddar grits. The melon was pretty hard but I can understand that considering it’s winter. The grits were amazing after adding a touch of butter, salt, and pepper. Overall it is a great everyday breakfast spot if you are looking for a classic meal.“

“My first visit. First of all, the menu is full of so many appetizing selections. At least I was with a party of 4 also we could share bites of all the goodness! Our visit was on a Friday at 9:15a and the place was busy but still plenty of seating and prompt service. Our waitress Judy was perfectly attentive and knowledgeable of menu questions. If you order coffee you have a small pitcher on your table as needed!!. The jam they serve is a mix of 3 fruits and you can purchase small or large jars to take home. All kinds of omelets, avocado toast selections, egga to order and plenty of pancakes to choose from. If you like bacon, its a must order. Great place to meet eat! “Blue Chip has fresh and rotating lunch options daily, as well as a balance of options across all food groups. The team is very hardworking, especially Gabby and Ana. I have been to Blue Chip countless times and they both consistently multitask and work in an incredibly fast-paced environment to deliver lunch to hundreds and hundreds of customers each day. They both greet me by name every time I visit (3-4 times a week) and truly get to know customers, despite the large amount of customers. Gabby is constantly quickly checking out customers (often times multiple customers at once) to facilitate the flow of patrons. I honestly think it only takes 10 seconds for her to input my order and for me to pay - I’m always impressed. She also regularly aids with other aspects of the kitchen, helping serve customers/clean up when needed/restocking the many utensils/sauces/seasonings. My friends and coworkers often comment on how efficient, kind, and hard working she is. Lunch may be a small part of our days, but it’s always wonderful to see Gabby and Ana at Blue Chip.“

When visiting my cousins, they assured me this location was in a safe area so I finally gave it a try. The food was great!
