Corner Cafe Reviews
We celebrated my niece's 16th birthday and even though the food didn't come back quite like some wanted it, we definitely appreciated the server Jamani for assisting our server who seemed a little overwhelmed and the Manager Taylor was awesome! He was great with fixing the issues and making the situation better considering it was a birthday brunch celebration! He & Jamani even sang Happy Birthday with us to her! It ended up being a good time! Thank you guys so much!
Nice place to get lunch, be sure to bring home dessert for later.
Food is delicious, wait time on the weekends may be a little long. Service could be more welcoming.

The Corner Cafe has a lovely ambiance and offers excellent meals, particularly the bread, which is said to be the best in town. The 3 egg vegetarian omelette with cheesy grits is a recommended dish. The fried green tomato eggs Benedict is another highlight, and the potatoes are described as awesomely crisp. The Southern breakfast is highly praised, and the 3 cheese grits are highly recommended. Despite some criticism of the service being poor at times, recent reviews indicate that the staff has improved, providing attentive service and good coffee refills. Customers mention waiting a few minutes for tables and sometimes for food, but overall, they enjoy the good food and the relaxed atmosphere. The wedge salad with blue cheese chunks, toasted pine nuts, ranch dressing, and warm pancetta chunks has been called perhaps the best salad ever, with flavors and textures working very well together. Paired with a crab cake made with fresh crab and a mild horseradish sauce, it offers a memorable experience. The restaurant also has a great moody speakeasy vibe, adding to its charm. Many find it a fine place for breakfast or a casual meal, and some plan to return to enjoy both the food and the atmosphere.
