“Sugar Shane’s was absolutely incredible! Everything we tried was fresh and packed with flavor. The oatmeal pie was soft, rich, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The Dunkaroo cookie was a fun throwback with the perfect balance of sweetness, and the dark brown sugar toffee was hands down my favorite—perfectly chewy with an amazing buttery flavor.

On top of the amazing desserts, the staff was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. Great customer service and even better treats. I’ll definitely be back!“

Feels friendly, lots of tables and a huge bar area with plenty of seating. Food looked good although I only came for pastries. Will come again but need to figure out timing so I’m not spending 10 minutes looking for parking lol!“

“I stopped by today, excited to try some authentic Greek pastries. I was not disappointed! The lady serving me was absolutely lovely and gave me some free samples. I ended up trying a variety of things. The portions are huge and will last you several days. The pastries themselves are definitely authentically Greek (I am European and I’ve been there multiple times), and they are light, moist, and flavorful. I give this place my fullest recommendation.“

I stopped by here after dropping someone off at the airport after seeing some good reviews and everything was perfect we need more places like this everyone at the front was kind and the bread and baked goods are truly mouthwatering I highly recommend the coffee cake to anyone checking this place out and the sourdough of course.“

“We enjoyed this little place. Clean, good variety of baked items and pastries. The stuff need to pay more attention to restacking popular items like half and half, sugar etc. There is some self service but It's simple put on the tray what you like and order coffee. If this is the same Paris Baguette than this company was originated in South Korea and now pretty much is a global one. We went to Paris Baguette in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore and everywhere they were good.“

Moist✔ delicious ✔ great and friendly customer service✔ creative flavors that aren't just flavored frosting on a chocolate or vanilla cupcake, but flavored cupcakes (like the oreo cupcakes has an oreo base!!! “I would just like to give a BIG shout out to the staff at the Toco Hills location. Two days ago I placed an order for delivery to my son on his Birthday June 10th as a surprise. I had never ordered from them nor had anything delivered from them. When I placed the order everything was super easy. But I messed up and put in the address completely wrong. When I tried to revise, it wouldn't let me on line. I called the store for help, the girl who answered the phone was so polite and so helpful. She tried everything she could to help me but unfortunately she couldn't figure it out either. So I said, it's ok, thanks I will try again on my end. I still couldn't cancel or update. I called back the next morning and got another person who AGAIN was extremely patient and so very helpful. She did everything she could as well to help, finally she got a manager and they canceled my first order and we got it all straightened out. My son received his cookies today and enjoyed them so much and was also very surprised. I am so sorry I did not get anyone's name, but Management needs to know that you and your staff are doing a great job and are giving great customer service. Something that has lately gone by the wayside. I will definitely purchase again! Thank you.“

“This 30th birthday cake was absolutely unique and amazing! The design was stunning and really stood out, but the real surprise was inside — layers of rich dulce de leche and fresh raspberry filling that created the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Every bite was a celebration on its own. Truly unforgettable! The restaurant staff at Marcel steakhouse said that it was the most beautiful cake they've ever seen, and we shared it with them. The manager, Greta, is a lovely person. I was particularly impressed with the manner in which she handled a completely unhinged and petulant guest. I The lady wanted her coffee in a special way...a 15-minute process. The issue is Greta had other customers (like me) waiting and she did not have the time to make the special brew. Despite Greta's apologies the lady pouted like a five-year-old. The whole affair culminated in the lady walking out leaving her boyfriend/husband alone to finish his java. He too apologized to Greta. It was actually pretty good theater :-). Congratulations to Greta for a job well done.“

From maple twists to crushed Oreo and vanilla cake donut holes, there’s a fantastic variety that everyone needs to try. The service is top-notch, and it’s also a great spot to get some work done. Definitely worth a visit!“

“Food and service are always great! Atmosphere is good too, however, not everyone wants to feel like they are in a church. The religious music is loud and it should not be played in a commercial establishment where you want people to sit and enjoy a meal. Other than this, totally recommend.“

I would highly recommend the Strawberry Crepe Cake, which was also recommended by someone working here! The dessert is beautifully light, and the sweetness level perfectly complements the strawberries in between the layers. The crepes are nicely thin, and the overall structural integrity of their crepe cakes is fantastic. We also tried their Red Velvet Cupcake, Red Velvet Crepe Cake (which looks absolutely gorgeous), Strawberry Shortcake (also looks particularly beautiful), and Dulce de Leche Crepe Cake.
