“My wife and I stopped by yesterday night on the way to Oklahoma for a quick snack before boarding. While standing in line the Manager Lala I believe was her name, she was so kind and her energy was fun,energetic,polite and she even encouraged her the cashier to ask the guest about taking a survey and how not freeze up when a line is forming which made the cashier calm and smiled. She then took our order to show her an example and I must say Lala your a sweetheart. We order a pepperoni pretzel and cinnamon bites and both were fresh out the oven so that was a plus. She advised us on what dips and drinks she thought went well and she knows her stuff. Great workers are hard to find and she’s something special. Our food was great but her service was even better. Thank you to Auntie Anne’s for the great food and thank you Lala for such wonderful hospitality you keep it up 👍🏼“

“We stopped here while shopping at Lenox Mall. Had a couple of lemonades and an order of the pretzel dogs. Nothing was exceptional about service or food…at this point.

After returning home, we realized my godson had left a shopping bag at the mall. The contents and bag were surely gone; however, we were compelled to drive back to mall to double check based on the value of products in the shopping bag.

When I went back to the mall, there was a long line. I waited and asked the cashier if a bag was left. He looked down to other employee. He asked me to describe the bag, which I did.

He handed me bag and all contents were present.

It was very nice to see integrity in real time. We thought we’d just be out the money spent, but we were very thankful for the kind and honest employees.“

“I fly and connect through D Terminal about twice a month and make this one of my stops. The opening hours need to be more consistent but the pretzels are hot, fresh and Anthony is always a pleasure to see. Unlike another reviewer they do ask what sauce you would like as most people have a sauce with them. I believe it may be how we speak. I was in London recently and got coffee at a location and I stated i needed a coffee. I was presented with a question, do you really need it and then the person replied would you like a coffee. I believe it is how and what is accepted in different parts of the country. When I travel to certain states I know I have to be more cautious on how I speak because what may be accepted in one location may not in another.“

“The staff members do their best. The pretzel nuggets are the best option for easy transportation and eating. Eat what you want now, enjoy some later on the plane or at the hotel. Buttery outside, soft inside, yummy!!

“Just ordered our first taste of Auntie Anne's via DoorDash Delivery. The pretzels were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. We tried the pepperoni, sweet almond & cinnamon sugar. They arrived still warm. I'm hard to impress, we will definitely order again. I highly recommend.“
