I gladly travel an hour + so that I can have these gluten free treats. They are the best GF pastries and baked goods that I have ever had. I brought some home to my gluten eating family and they didn’t even know they were GF. Everything is good. Not a single item I wouldn’t eat!
Picked up several items the other week. Baked the Gluten Free Biscuits. Backed some for breakfast. This are the BEST we have had. And they raised up like regular biscuits. May have to make another road trip.
We stopped through on our way east to the coast, and they were the sweetest! They had just closed, but were kind enough to serve us still! Will definitely come back on our way back to TX!

Hell Yeah! Gluten Free is a gluten free bakery that is amazing and way better than expected. The biscuits, blueberry muffin, and coffee hit the spot. The egg and cheese biscuit had a nice buttery flavor, and the chocolate donut was SO moist and delicious. The biscuit egg and sausage sandwiches and bacon and egg one are the absolute best biscuits since being diagnosed gf. The strawberry donuts were incredible, and the cinnamon roll is worth putting a life on the line for. The blueberry lemon pop tart almost made someone cry from joy. Usually gluten free food is hard like a cracker or dense, but their food is hard to even tell that it’s gluten free. It is a small establishment with huge taste. A great place for gluten free bakery and good coffee.
