Colette Bread and Bakeshop Reviews
Amazing amazing food- best bread- stayed soft and so moist even into day 3 /4 ( was all gone by then). Lucky enough to get it still warm and the texture didn’t change or go stale. We got a pastries and the cookies- all were exceptional- my son said it was DEEEE-LIcious! Ditto
Stumbled upon this bakeshop the other day and glad I did! The focaccia bread I bought here was the star of our dinners the whole week.
Orange-cardamom buns for the win. Since it's focus is wholesale baking, don't expect a coffee shop set-up: it's really more of a grab-and-go place. That said, the bakes are beautiful and delicious and there's sometimes a free stool outside to pause and take a bite.

Colette Bread and Bakeshop is a delightful bakery in Atlanta known for its incredible baked goods, especially the sourdough bread, which many consider the best they have ever tasted. Customers appreciate the chewy outer crust and soft airy center of the sourdough, often taking multiple loaves home to freeze while still enjoying the fresh aroma when thawed. The bakery also offers a variety of treats, including savory scones, savory galettes, coffee cakes, and jelly donuts, all praised for their deliciousness. The staff are friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. While the location can feel cramped and the selection limited, the quality of the bread and cookies stands out. Parking can be challenging, so visitors may want to consider nearby garages. Colette Bread and Bakeshop is closed on Sundays, so planning ahead is advised for those weekend cravings.
