Loved it and food was great
Today Retired Atlanta Firefighters gathered for fellowship and old stories. The staff is very accommodating and cheerful. The food was on point as usual. Freshly grilled Burgers and fries, Club sandwiches and Brunswick stew. This menu has fostered us for over 25 years. Many of us stay outside the city and are always amazed how this city has changed since our last alarm. The decor adds to the charm, making it a perfect place to relax with friends after the theater or a movie. There is ample parking in two unattended lots across the street and behind the building. With delicious food like mozzarella sticks, French dip, and ribs, along with great drinks and a pleasant staff, Manuel's Tavern is a wonderful choice for a hearty meal.
The food is served until 10 PM on weekdays and Sunday, and until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday, with great breakfast/brunch available until 2 PM on weekends. The fried chicken tenders with fries and horseradish sauce are popular, and there is a desire for the fried chicken dinner plate to be available on Uber Eats. The manager, Steve, has been there for 30 years and is known for his friendliness. The atmosphere makes guests happy and proud to be part of the community. Guests can also enjoy pinball machines, with five machines available on Saturday nights, including popular games like Jaws, King Kong, Godzilla, Rush, and Deadpool.
