“Oh my goodness, this bake shop is absolutely incredible. The flavour, texture and freshness are simply unmatched. I recently received a diagnosis that means I can’t indulge myself or cheat the doctors or the scales. However, I told myself that I’ll likely spend the rest of my life regretting my unhealthy choices til now. I’m reduced to tears as a result.

That said, A friend suggested this place as a healthier alternative to my cravings. What a treat! I wanted to meet the owner but she was busy catering a wedding. If she reads this I’d like to say thank you for making such delicious food. I can’t promise I’ll be frequenting it but I’ll definitely be coming in enough to satisfy my cravings and support a local business.“

“Went here for their gluten free pizza. The gluten free (detroit style) was pricey. They charge extra for gluten free crust (typical) but its a smaller pizza and thats before you add toppings. Its a very good gluten free crust though, definitely recommend trying it if you are on the hunt for such a thing. Regular pizza is very good too. Drinks were ok.“

You may notice I have 2 stars on atmosphere thats because of all of the possibilities of people who may be there. I will not fault them for life being the way it is but let is service as a heads up. When you can’t decide between sweet or savory, the owner offers life advice… “life is short, eat dessert first.” I could not decide what sweet treat to get but the cashier recommended one of their cinnamon rolls as that is his favorite. They were also coming out fresh just past 8am, so how could I say no? There’s cranberry-something in the middle and it tastes as magical as Christmas morning is supposed to feel. When you walk in, it just feels like a homey, family atmosphere which progresses throughout the day as local people come in and are greeted with a loving familiarity. I believe the owner was going around greeting people personally and helping customers however he could, making me and others feel warm and welcome. That just makes the food even better, ya know? For savory, I went with a sausage, egg and cheese pie and the lamb curry pie. Chips on the side are crispy and delish. There’s malt on the table if that’s your style. Both came out very hot. The lamb curry was a perfect flavor like Australian shepherd’s pie. The dough/crust of both have a unique flavor: maybe a taste of Australia. I’ve never been but I imagine that’s what it is. Authentic! Yummy yummy yummy! I got an eclair to go for my dad that I know he’s going to love. Portions are great. Definitely a fair price…All that for $22. Leave a tip in the jar. The pre made topping burgers seemed like a safe bet. And both my husband and I were impressed that even with all the unique things that built the burgers, you never got the “too much gene” issue that other restaurants can struggle with. Which was nice! “Simply worth the drive and money. Since Covid my husband and I eat out very selectively. Most of the time restaurants are overcharging, understaffed, unclean and service is less than standard. They look at you crazy if you ask for hot food and clean utensils. Well at The Bowl all is well! The service is top notch from placing your order to the moment you leave. The food is savory, clean, made to order with perfection! I highly recommend this restaurant anytime of the day.“

“I’ve been eating at La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant for years, and it has always been one of my favorite places for Mexican food. The food is consistently excellent, the portions are generous, and everything always tastes fresh.

This location stays busy, so there can be a little bit of a wait at times, but that’s usually a sign of how popular it is. The wait is absolutely worth it. The staff does a great job, the atmosphere is lively, and I’ve never left disappointed.

If you’re looking for great Mexican food in the Marietta area, La Parrilla is definitely a place I’d recommend. I’ve been a customer for years and plan to keep coming back.

“Had a great experience at Cafe Social House near South Fulton! The customer service was immaculate from the moment we walked in, and the food came out within a reasonable time frame. I also appreciated how diverse the menu was, offering options for different appetites and preferences.

I really enjoyed the salmon croquette selection with scrambled eggs and grits, and my son loved the kids’ chocolate chip pancake meal. Everything was flavorful and well prepared.

The only downside for me was the 18% gratuity/service charge that’s mentioned before ordering on the menu. Other than that, we had a really pleasant dining experience overall.“

“I live out in texas now but I grew up in Atlanta and my family still lives in Georgia. To this day I still haven’t found a taco place to sell pastor the way Taco T makes it. Every time I visit home the first thing I do on the way home from the airport is to stop by Taco T and order half the menu then eat it though out the week while im home visiting!!!“
