“The food was very good but I was expecting it to be great from all the other reviews I had read. Not a bad place to eat but not worth the trip out of the way. If you just want to experience this diner I say go, but if you are a food and expecting to be blown away,. I wasn't.

When you can’t decide between sweet or savory, the owner offers life advice… “life is short, eat dessert first.” I could not decide what sweet treat to get but the cashier recommended one of their cinnamon rolls as that is his favorite. They were also coming out fresh just past 8am, so how could I say no? There’s cranberry-something in the middle and it tastes as magical as Christmas morning is supposed to feel. When you walk in, it just feels like a homey, family atmosphere which progresses throughout the day as local people come in and are greeted with a loving familiarity. I believe the owner was going around greeting people personally and helping customers however he could, making me and others feel warm and welcome. That just makes the food even better, ya know? For savory, I went with a sausage, egg and cheese pie and the lamb curry pie. Chips on the side are crispy and delish. There’s malt on the table if that’s your style. Both came out very hot. The lamb curry was a perfect flavor like Australian shepherd’s pie. The dough/crust of both have a unique flavor: maybe a taste of Australia. I’ve never been but I imagine that’s what it is. Authentic! Yummy yummy yummy! I got an eclair to go for my dad that I know he’s going to love. Portions are great. Definitely a fair price…All that for $22. Leave a tip in the jar. You may notice I have 2 stars on atmosphere thats because of all of the possibilities of people who may be there. I will not fault them for life being the way it is but let is service as a heads up. They look at you crazy if you ask for hot food and clean utensils. Well at The Bowl all is well! The service is top notch from placing your order to the moment you leave. “Very inclusive menu. Amazing waitress (Carinne) and speedy service Clean appealling and friendly ambiance 4 suggestions 1. You have lovely music playing but all I hear is your kitchen staff. There’s no sound barrier. I speak Spanish but I wasn’t particularly interested in the conversation they were having. 2. Everything I had was just slightly over salted, not to the point of distasteful or inedible but you can always add salt, you can’t take it away 3. My bowl was incredibly oily. I sent it back to be drained and it was still oily and I drained it again ! After I ate there were still 2 tablespoons of Oil at the bottom of my dish. I will be back because I need your special menu. I will specifically ask for no oil and sauce on the side so I can control the salt and fat. 4. You are not on “happy cow” or any other vegan websites I use. WHY???? I look for healthy , vegan friendly places everywhere I go. I used google search and I found you but you didn’t make it super easy for vegan people to get your name“

“I went to Chopped Creative Salad Co. in Marietta, Ga today with my staff and we had such a good experience.

First off, when we walked in, they really made us feel welcome—like they were actually happy to see us. That stood out to me. Especially since it was our first time.

Miya helped me with my bowl and she was so patient and kind. She really helped me decide between all the good, healthy options because everything looked so good. That made a big difference, especially for my first time.

I ended up trying one of the new spring salads and wow… it was SO good. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were perfectly blended, and you could tell she took her time making it. The bowl was put together with real care and attention to detail.

We sat outside on the back porch/patio and just had a really nice time overall. They have fans as well outside so that’s a nice touch for the heat this summer.

You can tell they take pride in what they do here. If you’re looking for something healthy but still actually tastes good and filling, this is definitely the spot.

I’ll 100% be back.

“I’ve been eating at La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant for years, and it has always been one of my favorite places for Mexican food. The food is consistently excellent, the portions are generous, and everything always tastes fresh.

This location stays busy, so there can be a little bit of a wait at times, but that’s usually a sign of how popular it is. The wait is absolutely worth it. The staff does a great job, the atmosphere is lively, and I’ve never left disappointed.

If you’re looking for great Mexican food in the Marietta area, La Parrilla is definitely a place I’d recommend. I’ve been a customer for years and plan to keep coming back.

“This place is awesome. We came with a large group the first time and were taken care of really well. The food was fresh, the pizza was delicious, and the service stood out. We’ve been back several times since.

I’ll be honest, a few people told me MM wasn’t that great, both in Alpharetta and in Rockwall, Texas. I’m really glad we gave it a shot because the pizza is unique and genuinely good. The classics like pepperoni are great, but the specialty pizzas are where it really shines. If you like mushrooms, the shiitake pizza is a must. Adding Italian sausage takes it to another level.

The entire staff is great and has their own vibe, but I want to give a special shoutout to Arturo. On our last visit, he made great recommendations and was friendly without being over the top or forced. He was just naturally good at his job. He checked on us before we needed anything and somehow showed up right when we did need something, which honestly matters a lot when a server is juggling multiple tables on a busy Friday night. When we asked about the holiday drinks, he gave us excellent cocktail suggestions. His service combined with the food easily made this a 10/10 experience.“

When most restaurants reduce the food portion, this restaurant has increased its portion!!!!!!! We have not been there for a year so it is a pleasant surprise.

The fried rice portion is huge, looks like 2 cups, and the garlic fried rice is really delicious. Plus the rice they serve is so different, big, fluffy, chewy...even after being in the refrigerator it has the same texture, soft and chewy. When typical refrigerated rice is hard and had to be reheated.

Our drinks were good and sweet, not watered down. My food was brought out quickly by a handsome guy. I've eaten in New Orleans before and the interior and the waitstaff attire was reminded me of it. Our waitress Truselle asked if it was our first time there, which it was. She was very friendly and helpful. She was thanked and tipped for her hospitality (left a note on the bill).
