“Had an amazing meal at Jambo Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I ordered the whole fried fish with rice and their sauce on the side, and every bite was packed with flavor. The fish was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired perfectly with the fresh pico and rice. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the presentation was great too. Definitely one of the best spots in Atlanta for authentic East African food. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!”

Finally, the amount of food we got on our platters was impressive. We were quite full after eating.”

“When you order using a web site you expect the item to be the same price. Not here, I ordered the LaBella's special pizza listed at 21.95 and still that way the next morning. When I go to pick up the pizza it is $29.63. When I questioned the price I was told they don't keep up with the prices on the web site. No other explanation just kind of looked away and went about their next order. The pizza was good but not up to their usual standards. So if you look at their web site be sure to ask the price when you order because it will most likely be higher and in this case quite a bit.”

The hostess told us about the nominal cover charge and that they have table service for drinks. We sat down with a couple my wife knew and waited for a server. 15 minutes in and no server in sight? My wife goes to the bar to order and was told to wait for a server. OK, 10 minutes later here she comes. Takes our simple order and again we wait, and wait. 10 minutes later we are served. I don’t understand what would take so long. Every other venue at the square is very attentive. I would have spent $75-$100 on drinks but never got the chance. I’ll go back one more time but if it’s the same experience, never again.”

“I go out to the one on 92 because of the consistency. Came a couple weeks back, they were slow and completely disinterested in working. Cook was rambling and singing while stumbling around the store; meanwhile, the delivery clearly needed to be put away. The bacon/sausage/meat products were sitting out the entire hour or so we were there. Was excited when they opened but every time I've given them a try, they've gotten worse. Easily the worst Waffle House in the area.

“This is easily the best Cava in the metro Atlanta area. I've gone to several Cavas in Atlanta (Buckhead, Roswell, Sandy Springs, etc.) and none of them come close to the level of attentiveness and food quality that this location offers. I've been coming here for quite some time now (at least 1.5 years) and am always pleased with the outstanding service. The environment is clean, the staff is hospitable and gracious and the food is always on point.
The General Manager, Yoel, is one of the most genuinely good people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any establishment I've frequented. He always greets me by name with a smile and he affords this same level of delightful interaction with every customer I see him interact with. He's also always hard at work leading his team by example whether its helping serve customers, working in the kitchen or sweeping the dining room. He's the kind of person i would hire in an instant if I had my own business, based off what I've seen from him.
They are doing an excellent job at this location and it shows by the frequent long lines and satisfied customers. This Cava is what every fast casual restaurant should strive to be like.”

When you can’t decide between sweet or savory, the owner offers life advice… “life is short, eat dessert first.” I could not decide what sweet treat to get but the cashier recommended one of their cinnamon rolls as that is his favorite. They were also coming out fresh just past 8am, so how could I say no? There’s cranberry-something in the middle and it tastes as magical as Christmas morning is supposed to feel. When you walk in, it just feels like a homey, family atmosphere which progresses throughout the day as local people come in and are greeted with a loving familiarity. I believe the owner was going around greeting people personally and helping customers however he could, making me and others feel warm and welcome. That just makes the food even better, ya know? For savory, I went with a sausage, egg and cheese pie and the lamb curry pie. Chips on the side are crispy and delish. There’s malt on the table if that’s your style. Both came out very hot. The lamb curry was a perfect flavor like Australian shepherd’s pie. The dough/crust of both have a unique flavor: maybe a taste of Australia. I’ve never been but I imagine that’s what it is. Authentic! Yummy yummy yummy! I got an eclair to go for my dad that I know he’s going to love. Portions are great. Definitely a fair price…All that for $22. Leave a tip in the jar. The sauce was decent in flavor though, Spicy Ninjas certainly isn’t spicy but has a slight kick to it. Fries are decent, no complaints. The price wasn’t bad, and that is probably one of the reasons why I would come back.

Parking: Parking is in a large shared strip mall parking area.

First of all,my server (Liz) was amazing! Even when it got super busy and crowded she was on point with drinks,food, EVERYTHING. She was on top of customer service and it was one of the best I ever had!
Second, the food is not fine dining, BUT it was such homey comforting food! It was right up my alley. I prefer this by far! The steak and mushroom with gravy was absolutely grand with the perfect brown gravy smothered in it! Steak was actual thick cuts and perfectly cooked medium rare as I requested. I dont normally like green beans but it was made to perfect fit in with the gravy. It may be what I get every Friday I come. Also I MUST EAT APPLE PIE THERE!!!It was so good and so BIG. One of the best I ever tasted. I would highly suggest try it out if you come!!!
Lastly Line dancing was great! There was more than enough room for all of us. When I say all of us, I mean the red boots Line Dancers, country swing dancers, AND im guessing the regulars that hang there regularly on Friday nights! It was such a comfy dive bar atmosphere until the music started at 8 pm! The disco lights shut on and then it was an awesome freindly dance vibe. New and old came to the floor. We had atleast one person on the floor that helped newbies with Line dancing. So come everyone!!!

When we arrived weather was good but they were not seating outside. Disappointed not to have outside seating. Nice buffet but the cake was previously frozen and apple pie not homemade. The lemon petite tart was not made with fresh lemon. Probably frozen previously too. The ice cream bar had only vanilla and cool whip topping. The strawberry and chocolate syrups were flavored. For the price charged a couple of real signature desserts would have been great. The macaroni was great. The salmon, chicken and beef were good. The ham was not a a good choice and was not at a carving station as described when I asked about the buffet. Fruit was good. Since this is the first since Covid 19 I’ll give for credit for a nice presentation.

“I was in a search of Napoleon cake and was recommended this store. And I was so glad I went there. At first I was surprised how small the store is. Looks pretty stuffed with shelves. But when you start looking around - there do have many different items. And most importantly they have fresh baked bread and cakes, our famous salads “vinegret” and “shuba”, variety of “pirojki”, borsch and solyanka, golubcy, and more and more and more. I bought everything to try and didn’t regret a bit! Even though I make my own borsch and golubcy I liked theirs too. Shuba was amazing! Mushroom salad was something new and different, good a spread on bread or with boiled egg. Nice eggplant salad with their fresh bake bread - it was delicious! Napoleon was exactly how I make it at home. It was a good choice to get it there. Besides all of listed above they have a great selection of tea, salami, cheeses, candy and other sweets. Even though the store is kind of far away from me I’ll definitely will be back to spoil myself with those tasty things.”

When I go to pick up the pizza it is $29.63. When I questioned the price I was told they don't keep up with the prices on the web site. I've gone to several Cavas in Atlanta (Buckhead, Roswell, Sandy Springs, etc.) and none of them come close to the level of attentiveness and food quality that this location offers. I've been coming here for quite some time now (at least 1.5 years) and am always pleased with the outstanding service. The environment is clean, the staff is hospitable and gracious and the food is always on point.
The General Manager, Yoel, is one of the most genuinely good people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any establishment I've frequented. He always greets me by name with a smile and he affords this same level of delightful interaction with every customer I see him interact with. He's also always hard at work leading his team by example whether its helping serve customers, working in the kitchen or sweeping the dining room. He's the kind of person i would hire in an instant if I had my own business, based off what I've seen from him.
They are doing an excellent job at this location and it shows by the frequent long lines and satisfied customers. This Cava is what every fast casual restaurant should strive to be like.”
