“We placed a large delivery order for an event well in advance. About an hour before the scheduled delivery, Nicholas called to let us know that no DoorDash drivers were accepting the order and asked if we could pick it up instead. When we arrived, we realized he was the only one there making all 25 of our pizzas by himself.

Despite being swamped and helping other customers at the same time, Nicholas was incredibly kind, professional, and even helped us carry everything out. He handled a tough situation with a great attitude. I do wish the store had better staffing so the entire burden didn’t fall on him, but he went above and beyond given the circumstances.“
