“I have never thought to review a pizza place . However , the SERVICE , the ATMOSPHERE , the PASSION and PLEASANT energy of this staff has entirely blown me away . After a 12 hour shift , I was greeted to the most pleasant faces . Montera , Robert and Nailah helped me tremendously with my order and were all attentive to my needs . My order was also ready in just 10 minutes ! I have NO complaints . 5 stars across the board ! This interaction was not just “picking up pizza” , it was a meaningful and pleasant experience that has changed my mood & day for the better ! To the team , please keep doing what you’re doing . It does not go unnoticed.“

“The pizza was good, the crust could have cooked a little longer. Maybe I will try well-done as the baking option next time. Went during lunch on the weekday and I was surprised at how fast my order was ready. The inside prep area was clean which made me feel good. I have no complaints and would order from here again.“

“I was provided great customer service from the General Manager. He made sure my pizza was hot & fresh. Great friendly personality.Update: went back today May 30,2026 after placing another online order. On the tracker it showed me it was ready however it wasn’t I was so disappointed I had to wait for them to make the wings because someone forgot. I told the store manager Tymogene that the service was horrible today he was like wow sorry about that. The other guy that was at the counter was slow and moving with no kind of urgency.“

“Place my first pickup order here after a late shift and the workers were working hard. I live 5 min walk away and will definitely be back and tell my friends to go. Such a great pizza and the guy making pizzas around 11pm on 4/13/26 was excellent at his job. Pizza was ready by the time it said it would be.“

I ordered online and got the deal for two large 2-topping pizzas for $9.99 each: one pepperoni with green bell peppers and one Alfredo-based cheese pizza. My oh my! Both pizzas were absolutely 🔥hot, fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor.

I actually called the store just to compliment the team because the food was that good. The manager on duty, Ja, was so pleasant and genuinely appreciated the feedback. He told me the pizzas were “made with love,” and honestly…I believe him!

I order from this location regularly, and my orders are almost always correct and prepared well, but today was on another level. I hate that I didn’t think to snap a picture before we dug in because these pizzas deserved their own photoshoot. 😂

“I walked in to place my order. Was told to go on the website to look at the menu. The girl who took my order was soft-spoken but friendly. I waited 10 mins...came back in for my meat-lovers with lite tomato sauce. I had a meat-lovers with extra tomatoes. The young lady apologized and said that I would have to wait an additional 15 mins because of other orders. I finally got my pizza. My only negative comment is that the guy who made the pizza, never apologized, smiled, or said anything friendly. For the location to only have 2 people working in it, they were fast, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely go back.“

While their digital tracker is highly convenient, estimated delivery windows are occasionally missed during peak weekend hours, resulting in a lukewarm box arriving at your door.Ultimately, Papa Johns is the definition of a safe, average option. It won’t blow you away with artisanal quality, and it occasionally suffers from execution missteps, but it remains a reliable, accessible staple of the pizza delivery landscape.“

“Ordered online Friday 11/21 and part of it wasn't ready. In fact, unbeknownst to me, it had been left off for some reason. Brandon, the new manager, is the one who noticed and addressed it with me and took care of me in the process. He was very apologetic and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Really good guy.“

“The one man that was working tonight at 11:58 was running the show making the pies making sure he was doing customer care at the exact same time all by himself!
He needs to be talked to about what kind of future he's looking to have. So Papa John's Pizza will have another person that is responsible and loving his job“

“Pizza maker had excellent attention to detail. Manager looked confused. He probably thought i was Ubereats with my own pizza bag. Nah, Uber steals money from drivers and customers. It's been very well-documented. I don't give money to the thieves at Uber anymore.

“ok so i ordered a pizza very late at night and they made it no problem but the doordash driver stole my pizza. i went to the store and the manager although no fault of theirs told me what most likely happened and offered to send me a pizza the next day. the next day the store called me to verify my order and to make sure i still wanted it delivered. the also added a soda at no extra charge for the inconvenience. i’m very impressed with the customer service and the kindest shown to me when they could’ve been really horrible. thank you so much for being great and giving fantastic service.“
