“I had a wonderful experience at Papa John’s! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by fatama and a friendly welcome. She took my order and she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She explained the pricing clearly, answered my questions without ever seeming rushed or irritated, and made the entire ordering process pleasant.

The customer service was outstanding, and the pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. Great food combined with exceptional service made this an all-around excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!“

“The pizza was good, the crust could have cooked a little longer. Maybe I will try well-done as the baking option next time. Went during lunch on the weekday and I was surprised at how fast my order was ready. The inside prep area was clean which made me feel good. I have no complaints and would order from here again.“

“Place my first pickup order here after a late shift and the workers were working hard. I live 5 min walk away and will definitely be back and tell my friends to go. Such a great pizza and the guy making pizzas around 11pm on 4/13/26 was excellent at his job. Pizza was ready by the time it said it would be.“

“I have ordered from this Papa John’s for years & everything always arrive piping hot & perfect. When DoorDash Drivers deliver, the items are always lukewarm & they frequently miss items, even a whole pizza… When I mentioned this to our DoorDash Driver, he directed me back to the store & didn’t take responsibility. I’ve seen the drivers pick up at other restaurants & they know what they’re picking up & they can choose to have an insulated bag to keep the food hot - if they choose to get one. In addition, I requested contactless delivery for a reason & they always call and want to hand the items to us personally. Maybe if I see it’s a DoorDash driver. I will skip ordering the next time… And delivery fee & tip was already paid.“

“I was provided great customer service from the General Manager. He made sure my pizza was hot & fresh. Great friendly personality.Update: went back today May 30,2026 after placing another online order. On the tracker it showed me it was ready however it wasn’t I was so disappointed I had to wait for them to make the wings because someone forgot. I told the store manager Tymogene that the service was horrible today he was like wow sorry about that. The other guy that was at the counter was slow and moving with no kind of urgency.“

“Ordered online Friday 11/21 and part of it wasn't ready. In fact, unbeknownst to me, it had been left off for some reason. Brandon, the new manager, is the one who noticed and addressed it with me and took care of me in the process. He was very apologetic and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Really good guy.“

I ordered online and got the deal for two large 2-topping pizzas for $9.99 each: one pepperoni with green bell peppers and one Alfredo-based cheese pizza. My oh my! Both pizzas were absolutely 🔥hot, fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor.

I actually called the store just to compliment the team because the food was that good. The manager on duty, Ja, was so pleasant and genuinely appreciated the feedback. He told me the pizzas were “made with love,” and honestly…I believe him!

I order from this location regularly, and my orders are almost always correct and prepared well, but today was on another level. I hate that I didn’t think to snap a picture before we dug in because these pizzas deserved their own photoshoot. 😂

“Honestly the young gentleman that helped me was wonderful, even put my pizza back to keep it warm as I was trying to figure out my tap to pay as I left purse at the Roland McDonald house. As for outside the store blu the greatest considering there was a scruffy guy behind the dumpster holding his junk looking as if he needed to pee. Idk“

“Pizza maker had excellent attention to detail. Manager looked confused. He probably thought i was Ubereats with my own pizza bag. Nah, Uber steals money from drivers and customers. It's been very well-documented. I don't give money to the thieves at Uber anymore.

“Really good experience. The staff was friendly, the store was very clean, and my pizza was ready exactly when the app said it would be. It was still piping hot, and honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. Pickup was quick too...I was in and out in under a minute.“

“ok so i ordered a pizza very late at night and they made it no problem but the doordash driver stole my pizza. i went to the store and the manager although no fault of theirs told me what most likely happened and offered to send me a pizza the next day. the next day the store called me to verify my order and to make sure i still wanted it delivered. the also added a soda at no extra charge for the inconvenience. i’m very impressed with the customer service and the kindest shown to me when they could’ve been really horrible. thank you so much for being great and giving fantastic service.“
