“Ken’s Wings is legit. Don’t let the interior or exterior look scare you away. These were the best wings I’ve tried in Atlanta! The teriyaki flavor was perfect. The price was great. The toast was a nice touch. The chili dog was great but I’ll skip the slaw next time because it has too much mayo for my tastebuds. The reason for my deduction is the wait time. It took over an hour for the order to be ready and it was worth it but I was not expecting to wait more than the 30 minutes that were estimated. My family loved the food and we’d come back. This food is for to go only. There was no place to sit inside to eat. Be ready to wait and take a nap after having it.“

“This place blew my mind! Idk how they did it, but not even 2 minutes after ordering and just getting to sit down, they called our order number. Thinking it was the drinks that were ready, I got up, but it was the FOOD! We ordered 30 wings (3 different kinds, 10 of each) and they came out before the drink! Say less, chicken was hot hot too. Sauces were great!

“Man, where do I even begin? I have only been to the Bankhead location, but Strikeout Wingz is easily one of the best wing spots I have ever been to. And if you know, you know good wing places are hard to find.

They do not just have wings either. The menu has a lot of options, including a kids’ menu, which is always a nice bonus. The wings, the horish hen, the fried Oreos, and everything else are all great. They also have a wide variety of drinks and flavors to choose from, including different sodas, water, homemade Kool-Aid, and Kool-Aid slushies.

The place is also very well put together, especially for being in Bankhead. It is one of the few buildings in the area that really stands out and looks nice. The inside has a bright, colorful vibe that makes the place feel relaxed and comfortable. They also play sports games and have good music at times, which makes the atmosphere even better. It is not too crowded, and there is plenty of space.

The workers are very polite, respectful, and always willing to help. The owners are also friendly and take the time to speak to customers. The flavors they offer are excellent, especially the Sweet and Sassy Lemon Pepper and the Lemon Pepper Cajun.

They also have some great specials: $0.69 wings on Tuesdays, a $9.99 lunch special, and Hensday on Wednesdays for $13.

“The cashier was actually super friendly, knew her menu details entirely when I asked probably what sounded like dumb questions & then to top it off, she was super patient when I had to alter my order after already paying. I can't deny it- I was impressed being it's so rare to actually receive any kind of customer service at all, let alone fantastic service. My friend ordered the chicken sandwich and fries (which were golden with the perfect crisp).
For desert we tried the churro oreos which taste delicious and the fried oreos. Both were good but the churro oreos were the best.
The customer service was great. Rick helped us. The ambiance was chill but cutesy with photo opportunities. Parking is free, you just have to park in their labeled spots. The spots say 20 min parking but if you're dinning in I was told thoes are the spots to use! I would recommend this restaurant.“
