“Me and my family came in for the first time today and we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The restaurant is red and black , which is my favorite colors so we felt right at home lol. The cashier , I forget her name, but she was so patient, sweet and friendly when taking and explaining our order... the food came after about a 15 minute wait, and when I tell you we enjoyed every bite. I got the 3 whole wings and waffles with a side of baked beans and potatoe salad(thank you Marvelle W.) I would break everything down but just know this place is a must try. Marvelle was amazing. “From out of town, decided to try on a whim as I like home cooked chicken, the chicken is on point with a slight kick to it and boy oh boy does chicken fit the bill for delicious with no disappointment. The beans compliment the chicken and if anything completes the flavor one comes to expect when having chicken with fried pickles, on that note the fried pickles have a great flavor all their own and rounds out the meal. “First time here at Chicken salad chick. The atmosphere here is very quaint and cute. Upon approaching the front to order the gentleman was on the phone the whole time while I was trying to order. I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. “I never thought chicken salad would be the highlight of my day but here we are! I can't believe it took me this long to try, but chicken salad normally doesn't get much of a reaction from me. CSC is an exception. Fresh, flavorful and all of the varieties have not disappointed. The ambiance reflects the food... clean, fresh, and friendly. Love this niche spot.“
“The food is amazing. This is my number one place for fish and chips. The biggest problem is the location. It’s definitely not in the best part of town, you’ll see that as soon as you get off the highway. Also the customer service needs work they treat everyone like a scammer and they want to see your phone receipt, credit card, and I.D. To pick up your order. I can forgive this because ATL especially in that area has some shady people that are scammers. I recommend they open a location in Cobb County so people who live north don’t have to travel so far. Most areas are very safe, there is definitely a demand, and they would dominate the one or two competitors in the area because they have better food.Parking: The restaurant is attached to a gas station next to a strip mall. The lot is small usually crowded and people constantly drive the wrong way.“
“I have never dined in the restaurant or went to the buffet so I can't judge that part. However the customer service and food has always been good. My favorites are the sweet potato tempura, shrimp tempura and the spicy crab meat salad.“
“Metro Wings always give great customer service. I placed a large order and didn't have a long wait time. The order was perfect and it was enjoyable. This is always my go to place for wings, eventhough I have to go outside my neighborhood, but it's worth the drive. Also the prices are less than the price on my area and again the customer service is more professional.“
“My husband and I both got a 3 tender plate. I’m a wimp and got no-heat. The chicken breading was great and the chicken was moist. My husband asked for the Howlin’ heat level, but the cashier advised him to be careful, so he ended up with the next level down. He enjoyed it, but I think he’ll try the Howlin’ next time. The Mac & Cheese was very good and I’m kicking myself for not getting another fried apple pie.“

“The food is good. I was surprised to find out that this is a franchise of a national chain. The place has the feel of a "ghetto" mom and pop. That doesn't bother me, but some may feel uncomfortable in this environment. I like that I can get multi-piece all white meat chicken off of the menu, rather than having to order and deal with up charges to get rid of the thighs and legs.“
